Comfortable, Quiet, Clean, Friendly Staff. Amenities can be accessible at late hours.

Melanie, the front desk clerk, did an outstanding job with our myriad issues and questions, as well as taking care of many, many other check ins and fielding questions. She handled a lot with calm professionalism.

Checked in about 11 p.m. only to discover that there wasn't the 1st wash cloth available for us. Went to the front desk and they didn't have any either; gave me a bath mat to use for a wash cloth. Had it taken care of the next day. Perhaps the use of a checklist would help.

Great place to stay if you don’t want breakfast included in the price of your room. For what the rooms cost breakfast should be included. $12.00 for ‘special cooked eggs’ is really steep.

I liked the Courtyard because it was clean and updated as I expect from Hilton

Vicksburg is a small city. The Courtyard provided a stay experience you would expect in a big, business city. Excellent, spacious facilities. Very neat and clean. A well trained staff but one that still retained the flavor and culture of the area. Would highly recommend it.

We spent one night for a meeting the next day. The stay was pleasant. Would stay again.

Staff was welcoming and polite. Very clean and comfortable property.
