They were not clean an had bed bugs big no for me

It suck

Best hotel ever

Nasty room. Sticky floor. Non smoking room smells like cigarette smoke imbedded in the walls. Burns all over the sink and toilet. Phone doesn’t work. Non working wall outlets. TV has no way to tell what channel you’re on. Only channel up/down function works. Bedding was damp. Coffe creamers packets were hard like they had been stored in a basement. Bathroom sink was slow draining because of vomit particles that would float up and swirl around. Disgusting place to stay but the front desk people were friendly.

The area nice. The inside horrible broken lights water doesn’t drain out, beds have stains. Wouldn’t recommend

Rude lying staff, the women are rude, extra words mouthy over talkers. The maintenance man a older guy very polite very nice but the women not polite at all. Listen won’t be back won’t even recommend to no one. Did your staff tell you that my daughter and her friend stay there about a month ago and there was a couple roaches in the room yES on your property. Did they mention that? My daughter has pictures and nothing against you, but we’re thinking of airing them on social media and fox2 Detroit news. But I’ve since calm down and realize I’ll get to tell my story and I did. So do me one better let DAYS INN & SUITES BY WYNDHAM WARREN know the ppl working their are the problem housekeeper rude, it’s like a family of the same ppl working, could be reaching. The room was dirty, the freezer had so much ice surrounding it, the fridge didn't work,and there was a roach on the nightstand. After seeing that, I left.

While check in was fine the linens had urine stains the bathroom had hair in tub bowel movement on walls wall in sleeping area was dirty We left and are expecting a full refund.

The dubble queen size bed room,was wonderful. Looking forward to more visits . Pricing was great not to pricey Like that factor.
