Strategic location. Got few nice food nearby hotel. The counter service staff is very friendly. He provided me the international plug and when I wanted to buy from them, they gave it to me foc.

Great location, clean and accessible to all the locations. The only issue was the heater was not as strong, hence the room was quite chilly at night. Other than that really great place.

The accomodation was basic, but everything I needed. Lots of choice for meals. (Pub right next door) Room was clean and nicely presented. I was early to check in, but the staff didn’t seem to rush the job. They did a terrific job and then let me know when it was ready. Great spot. - thanks.

The bathroom is very small and the shower is REALLY small. The small fridge froze $35.00 worth of berries, veggies, cheese and a brand new one litre of milk. When I finally, after leaving a message for a return call, spoke to someone at the desk I didn’t get an apology but rather it was insinuated that it was my fault. I explained the situation a couple of times but got no where. In my mind this was very poor customer service. In our opinion it is the responsibility of the hotel to ensure the fridge is set properly . After all, it is their equipment. We have travelled extensively in Australia and have never had this fridge issue or such rude service.

We booked this room for a female work colleague and very disappointed with her stay, the bathroom and shower was mouldy, the room smelt mouldy, the air conditioning unit was like having an aeroplane in her room and the noise coming from the plumbing from the unit above was terrible, there was also a drip coming from the bathroom upstairs into her unit. We would not book this place again
