Had a girls night with my 10 year old daughter, in the King Spa suite. Excellent facilities, and an extremely comfortable bed. Very happy with our stay. Great customer service on booking in and out. 10/10

床很舒服，但也僅止於此。非常破舊的家具和地毯都磨損、磨損和污漬。浴室磁磚開裂。整個房間需要徹底清潔。冰箱門幾乎無法打開。我們要求換一個房間，但業主說房間已經訂滿了。不是四星級的住宿。

We picked this accommodation for a quick get away for the family. Being summer explicitly looked to book accommodation with a pool. Thought this was perfect! Checked out thier webpage, which shoecases a lovely pool front and centre. When we checked in we were directed to our room, with staff noting it was opposite the pool. Later in the day we went to use the pool only to find it being in no state to swim. It's the middle of summer and the pool hasn't been cleaned for a long time. No signage indicating the pool is out of service, no advice from staff. Double check their website and FB page. Still nothing. Except see they posted on FB only 2 days before with a stunning pool shot #poolside Now I'm fuming! Upon checkout the staff played dumb not knowing what I was talking about, surprised the pool was out of service??? False advertising... The room itself was fine. No issues there. I could have and would have booked elsewhere if I knew the pool was out of service. And likely saved some money too!

I would never stay here again. We stayed in the family room and although it was noted that it was located above the commercial laundry which operated 8-8 mon to sat, the hotel did not mention pre booking that they also operate the laundry from 7.30 on a Sunday under these rooms by choice. I spoke to the unhelpful person on reception about this who had no respect for customer satisfaction. I asked for consideration of compensation for the laundry operating outside of communicated hours and he treated me like I was an inconvenience. I subsequently sent 2 emails to the manager re this matter and heard nothing. Re our room it was ok but had ripped curtains and you couldnt open a window in a room with 5 people. I wouldnt swim in the pool if you paid me - it was yellow in the bottom. There were people smoking ***** in the pool area when we came home after being out one night. A poor experience and thankfully only there for 2 nights.
