Bit of a disappointment, to tell the truth. Hotel seems relatively new, and room has some indicators of an attempted make over (e.g. closets looked just installed). However the rest feels dated and not well maintained. Photos on their web site / booking platforms much better than reality. Close to Fabryka Norblina - the only reason for booking - but surely never again. On top of that - the filthiest bathroom I've seen for ages (see photo) :((, with a tribute to ”ifixit”mems... Silver lining - there was a great extremely enthusiastic and friendly guy at desk during checkout, helped with everything (including a bit of quest to locate and get to underground parking). Again only to be replaced by an indifferent lady the next morning...

This hostel is very convenient for exploring Warsaw, being just a few steps from the north fortress gate leading into the old town. The staff were fantastic, always professional, courteous and proactive at organising events. I hope I can return here some day.

我是1月24日至28日入住的單間。 優點：位置絕佳，可以步行到達所有老城的景點，從皇室大道步行真心舒適。早餐非常的豐盛，以至於我每天都吃到撐。前台服務很好，Pawel 先生接待我非常的熱心 耐心，並且提供我華沙地圖，還標註了路線圖。Olga女生非常的漂亮(ps 我可以約你共進晚餐嘛，看到請不要猶豫，直接聯繫我) 缺點：單人床還是有點小，被子太窄。衣櫃有點異味。最讓人受不了的就是無比差的WIFI ，居然沒有我的手機流量塊。強烈建議老闆改善一下。 總之，值得推薦。

前台小姐姐説給我翻新過的房間，希望我能喜歡 很滿意 乾淨 設施很新 房間沒有味道 屬於市中心吧 在火車站對面，走過來過個地下通道就到酒店了 火車站邊上有個大商場 酒店邊上一排也都是賣衣服的店 ROSSMAN也有，便利店也有 出酒店就是電車站，到老城區4站電車，非常方便 去機場打的二三十幾分鍾 房間沒水，要瓶裝水需要問前台，每一層電梯旁都有一個飲水機，有普通水也有氣泡水

This was a decent 3 star hotel. Nice and central. Room was in working order. We took the bigger room (221). The breakfast had plenty of options however they were not tasty or warm. They had waffles and pancakes and it was not edible at all. Wonder if the owner of the hotel would eat them? Anyway the reception staff were OK. They agreed to late checkout at 2pm. Restaurant staff spoke 0 English. So asking for something simple like ”can I have a spoon” was extremely hard. The shower was the best. Better than the one at the InterContinental Hotel. Polish people in general are the least friendliest from my visits to 30 countries. Looks like they still haven't come out of the Soviet era...getting someone to smile back at you is so cumbersome for them. Not sure if they refused to smile because we were from Sri Lanka, so not sure if they were colour contious

我最近在酒店住了2022年3月中旬,享受了美食(喜歡朝鮮意大利麪和燻肉火雞俱樂部三明治),還有熱情好客。對於我們說英語的人來說,與前台和酒吧/等待工作人員溝通非常容易。工作人員很尊重,願意幫助您提出任何合理的要求。從幫我在筆記本電腦上預訂當地旅行的火車票,到爲我的航班回家安排COVID test。工作人員非常友好,考慮到目前的環境,他們的時間非常慷慨。我心跳一下就回去了,因爲離當地雜貨店很近,他們的房間有一個大保險箱,方便的可以容納一台筆記本電腦,還有一台小冰箱。房間隔音效果比較好,所以如果你晚上活動比較活躍,白天白天睡覺就不是什麼問題了。如果你真的去當地的雜貨店,只要提醒一下,你需要自己帶好袋子,而且你所有的物品都裝在袋子裏,而在美國你通常看不到的東西。這個地區的每個人都步行到各處,所以有不同的步行路徑和自行車路徑,所有的行人都有在交叉步行的路。也就是說,情境意識是關鍵,因爲車輛超速的標誌大多是建議而不是規則。幾乎除了遊客外,沒有人會帶着手機走,因爲當地人對車輛和行人都很留意。總的來說,我要感謝工作人員的慷慨,並幫助完成一些我發現由於語言障礙而具有挑戰性的簡單任務,總體而言使我的旅行成功。感謝您的一切!

Just outside Warsaw, but relatively well connected by train, is the HIR Jozefow; an idyll on the edge of extensive forests and a small tributary of the Vistula, the Swider. A relaxing stay is guaranteed simply because of this location. In addition, the house offers many recreational opportunities, from the spa area to the golf and tennis courts and bicycle rental to a ropes course for children, which offer new varieties every day. On arrival at HIE Jozefow a room upgrade and various nicely designed amenities were waiting for us. The view from the balcony glided over the abundant trees of the hotel property, the playgrounds and sports fields as well as the golf courses. The afternoon sun, when it seemed, heated us up strongly. The beds were of high quality and provided a restful sleep. If you wanted, you could choose from the richly filled (paid) minibar or help yourself to the other cold and hot drinks provided free of charge. In the bathroom, only the ancient shower curtain, which was to be replaced by a fixed shower enclosure, disturbed. Even showering in a bathtub is probably no longer quite up to date, but practicable for sporty condition. Culinary highlights of our stay were the visits to the restaurant Luna & Sol of the hotel. The new chef knew how to create an offer that goes far beyond the level of a usual Holiday Inn, especially in the evenings; and this at a reasonable price level. Whether you helped yourself to the extensive buffet or put together an à la carte menu yourself: local, fresh products, cleverly prepared, always contributed to a successful evening. Of the leisure facilities, we once again made intensive use of the spa area during our stay. The swimming pool and the two saunas promised a varied stay almost at any time. Unfortunately, the indoor pool has only five, quite uncomfortable, because much too hard loungers (without pads), which should be exchanged for those much more comfortable loungers from the relaxation area of the spa. We would like to take this opportunity to thank two people who made our stay extremely pleasant, on behalf of the many employees we met: On the one hand, the Front Office and Reservation Manager who always had an ear for our concerns; on the other hand, the General Manager did everything in his power, to give us a feeling of well-being during our days in ”his” house. Even in its 15th year of existence, the Holiday Inn Jozefow more than lives up to its reputation as a 4-star first-class hotel. The standards that the management practices in this house should give other hotels an example of how upscale hotels should and can function despite the current, worldwide difficulties.
