Hotel a buon prezzo, colazione buona ma un pò caotica la gestione della sala, camere basic (nella media di un tre stelle) ma molto molto molto fredde....basterebbe poco per raggiungere la sufficenza peccato sopratutto per la ns vacanza!

Stayed here to see the dragon slayer last weekend. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Room wasn't ready until 4pm and hadn't been hoovered properly as found a few things on the floor on entry. The rest was spotless though. Restaurant went out of their way to make sure we were served quickly due to our booking straight after dinner. Food was lovely too! Chef was lovely. More than happy to stay again.

We are staying here for 2 nights 24/8 and 25/8. Tracy was on the reception desk when we arrived. She was extremely pleasant and helpful and recommended we upgraded to a Premier Plus room. We chose to upgrade, it was a wise decision as we were told there were a lot of children staying in the hotel She is an excellent employee, her professionalism is outstanding. Thank you again, Tracy.

From friendly welcome late evening to cheerful breakfast service early morning this hotel was faultless. The room was spotless, fresh and well appointed; staff helpful and informative. A top notch gem just outside the town. Would recommend highly for business or non-commercial customers wanting good B&B base.

Friendly staff, room was quite large and clean. We were able to check in earlier for £10. Restaurant was okay. Plenty of parking when we arrived midweek. The hotel has two lifts and vending machines supplying snacks such as Ben and jerrys and drinks.

Pleasantly surprised by the lovely light, spotlessly clean room and the “above the call of duty” attitude of all the staff Thoroughly enjoyable

The hotel is good We stayed in an accessible room and the room space and layout is good The accessible bathroom with shower is probably the best I’ve stayed in anywhere which is very reassuring when thinking about booking with a brand - obviously it is vital to be able to use the bathroom. The issue is the lack of parking and people using wheelchair access spaces who don’t need them. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed and experienced this major issue - it’s imperative to be able to actually park somewhere! A real shame as the room, staff and accessibility is excellent.

Paid for a Premier Plus room which includes Ultimate WIFI in which during my 3 day visit they was unable to provide. The restaurant for the evening meal was chaotic and dis-organised. I was given a number to call to complain to and was not offered any money back as a result.
