Excellent Service and excellent location

Rooms were totally dirty and no ready to use bone of the rooms, door was open when we got there by first time. Showers dirty Got changed to a different room. Same issue this time toilets had urine in the ring and urine on shower Tons of hair all over carpet.

Bathroom was filthy - spots/stains on shower walls, shower curtain and room walls. The shower curtain smelled of mildew. Mattress slid down away from the headboard which revealed a disgusting dusty area. There wasn’t even a trash can in the room. Arrived near midnight with 2 weeks worth of luggage for a stay at Martha’s Vineyard only to be advised upon calling that the shuttle driver overslept and I’d need to walk to the hotel dragging luggage. Wouldn’t recommend or stay there again.

My flight cancelled, I tried to get them to refund or at least send me to Marriott in Philadelphia were I am stranded, no help. I wait in line trying to get another flight now 945pm

When I booked this hotel, I hadn’t realized I’d stayed here before, and was very pleasantly surprised. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and decorated nicely with a shabby-chic beach house look. I’m always skeptical about free hotel breakfasts. They’re often terrible coffee, cereal and pastries. This was a full breakfast, and very good. There was a cute note left in my room when I arrived, shared here. The staff is very friendly, and I had a great conversation with the general manager just aside during breakfast. The convenient location also can’t be beat. There’s a very easy walk fully under cover that takes maybe 5 minutes from baggage claim, but there’s also a free hotel shuttle each way. The proximity to the airport is not disturbing at all from inside the hotel. There is a lovely porch outside the dining area that can get a bit noisy, but is worth enjoying on a beautiful day.

When arrived, no hair dryer or bathing prodcuts in room; had to call and request. Crusty residue on the carpet. TV was on its way out: dark at top and bright at bottom: reported and nobody came to inspect or check out. We traved with a group of kids, organizer of our trip didnt realize there wasnt a pool....oops. Very loud near airport.

Condiments kept in the room were filled with used chewing gums Upon complaint the front desk didnot care about it No courtesy at all Talks as if they are doing me a favor , just because of the color of my skin !!!!
