沃裏克郡沃爾頓廳美居水療酒店(Mercure Warwickshire Walton Hall Hotel & Spa)

I had an absolutely delightful stay here. The rooms were spotless, provided in the rooms were coffee machines, bath robes, room slippers, hair dryers. There were basic toiletries and you could ask for vanity kits or shaving kits as well. The in room dining menu is priced very well but it is not all day, so do check with the reception. There is so much to do around the property and there’s ample parking available as well. The indoor pool is heated and can be used till 8PM. Breakfast is from 7-10AM and is a lovely spread.

床很舒服，淋浴真的很好，周邊地區真的很安靜。 沒有停車位，美味的早餐和晚餐，友好的員工..除了抱怨之外基本上沒有什麼可抱怨的 酒店有點偏僻，但放鬆一下真的很好。

絕佳的位置和漂亮的場地。酒店本身看起來有點奇怪，不是我所期望的。但是一旦進去，一切都非常好。早餐很棒，我們的房間也很完美。

令人驚嘆的位置，周圍環繞著令人驚嘆的鄉村。下午和晚上在花園裡散步非常愉快。 食物也很好

Good hotel

On arrival found our room really cold, stating on the thermostat was 16*c! Tried to adjust temperature but only blowing cool air. Asked reception for help and was given a small portable heater. Took all day to raise the temperature to 20*c. I can’t believe that you could arrive at this venue and find your room too cold to stay in. Breakfast seemed more limited than before, a full cooked breakfast was only warm

Very nice staff and nice facilities. However, two things: (A) I would not book again because I’m not a fan of having a bedroom in a building, which was separate from (1) the restaurant (for breakfast) and also (2) the fitness centre - to go to these two places we had to walk outdoor in the cold! (B) The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so be prepared to eat and drink only what they provide unless you want to drive 20 minutes to a decent restaurant in Stratford upon Avon.

Our ‘block’ entrance was dirty and the smell was foul. The room was standard with holes in the net curtain. We were put in a ‘block’ where they are housing immigrants. The place looked like a rough council estate with rubbish and toys everywhere. Directly outside of our room there were football goals where families were playing and the ball hitting our doors. Kids running around screaming. We did not stay and we’re awaiting a full refund. Shame as the grounds further down are beautiful. We had to find another hotel at late in the evening! We weren’t the only ones complaining. It should state on website that they’re housing immigrant families
