The lobby was lovely but the room was dated Electrical outlet in bathroom tripped every time I used it with the hairdryer Lamp shade by bed was torn and ragged. A person next door to me coughed incessantly and snored and I heard all of it Rooms need better insulation between rooms Mattress was old and not commensurate with similar properties- Heater was mercurial and seemed inconsistent as to adjusting to set temperatures- Same with bed linens I would not stay here again

Very clean room, excellent price, and the restaurant next to the hotel had a wonderful brunch buffet (only Saturday and Sunday for brunch buffet)! Overall we had a very nice 2 night stay and will definitely be back when we come to visit family!

We had a poolside room and loved being able to walk right out to the pool. Fun to see a couple other bday parties going on as well. The hot tub jets didn't appear to be working correctly but otherwise it was a great stay.

First, our room was clean. We were placed in an accessible room that was outdated. Our second day we found that the sliding door to the pool was not locked, the lock was broken, but there was a bar to place across the door-but it was not on. The vending machine on the first floor was out of order, and the one on the second floor was out of water. The poolside room was very loud until 10pm.

Trouble free. Most cordial staff I have experienced in some time. Room was very nice and perfect for our need. Would visit again!

The place is good, lobby was nice, staff was friendly. The room was mediocre, nice size but there some things as far as upkeep goes. None of the lamps are equipped with charging ports, just plain lamps. The knobs to the jetted tub are *****ped could not get the cold side to stop, TOO hot inside room even with AC runing there is no overhead fan to suck out the steam from the jetted tub. Mini Frig the knob inside was sttipped and it was not cold enough so we couldnt adjust that. Just a let down being a Holiday

We did an overnight stay. Our room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the pool area, also spacious. We stopped in at the bar and they were closing at 8:00pm on a Saturday. That seems early for a Saturday. Also, we ate breakfast at the machine shed, onsite. We ordered the buffet. The food was good, fresh, and there was plenty. They were very busy and not a lot of people working but eventually we got everything we needed.

Despite requesting a room, that was not by the pool, we got a pool facing room. The pool was open until 11 PM and the screams came directly through our windows. The loud children were back in the pool again at 8 AM. As a family, I was hoping my kids would get to bed earlier than they did. I do not blame the people in the pool, but if we did not have earplugs, our stay would’ve been miserable. We were also surprised that the security latch on the inside of our room door was completely broken, as if someone tried to force their way into the room prior to our arrival. I told the associate at the front desk, and she didn’t seem too concerned. Other than that, we felt the hotel was very clean, we enjoyed the hot tub and pool (just not the noise), and thought the room was comfortable.
