Horrible experience. The room was very dirty with mold in the bathroom. Smelled like mold and mildew!! They wouldn't change rooms until the next day. Had a 1 year old with and this was not okay by any means!! Will never stay here again. Disgusting!

The room and the hotel itself was so dirty and run down we couldn't stay there. I would never recommend anyone stay there.

I changed rooms 3 times. 1st room was too far away from the WiFi hotspot, 2nd room shower curtain rod was broken and heater didn't work. 3rd and final room had a shower curtain rod that was about to break. holes in the carpet and a marginally working heater. Staff (front counter and housekeeping) at the hotel were fantastic. Property upgrades are, I believe, in progress but hadn't yet reached the last 2 rooms I had at this hotel. Would I stay there again? Yes, probably but it would depend on the room provided.

It was cold the fire place didn’t work the pool was freezing Hot tub was working wasn’t working. We couldn’t have juice with our breakfast it was just little bit uncomfortable and disappointing.

There were many issues, we couldn't check in for 1 hour after required check in time, making us late for two reservations we had, construction is going on amking it dangerous, and that wasn't announced prior ot booking, our shower didn't stop dripping making sleeping near impossible, bed sheets were dirty, heaters didn' twork well, pool room was freezing and not comfortable, room across us played loud music all night, the pictures for advertising were nothing like what we actually stayed in. I felt like we walked in to a $20/room night hotel, it was embarrasing. False advertising for sure!

The shower was broken in our room, bathtub dirty, the hot tub was cold and dirty and pool room cold. I could not use hot tub, take shower or remove my jacket because it was so cold. This was a horrible stay.

Love the big pool and hot tub area. Also like that it is connected to the Green Mill Restaurant. Good selection for breakfast. Looks like some remodeling taking place but that doesn't bother me. Stayed here a couple of times and I like it.

Staff was great and friendly. Made the stay very comfortable and relaxing. Definitely my 1st choice and “go to” when I am in the area

We will stay here again when we visit MN. Convenient proximity to the airport. The hot tub was great. I do wish there had been a hair dryer and a clock in the room. I'll pack them for future visits.
