Overall personnel was good to great. The facilities were not in top condition. Shutters falling off or gone off the building. Plaster plugging old holes in the walls in the room not painted over. Sandpaper texture walls. You can tell the building has been “well used” and could use an overall refresh. Worked for our purpose but a little rough around the edges.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Request for additional washcloth and hand towel was fulfilled immediately. The bed was very comfortable, coverings were adequate. In-house breakfast was very good. But the room was not clean, and should not have been rented out. If an inspection had been done, the room should not have been approved. We cleaned what absolutely had to be done.

Our heater/AC didn't work and the room smelled like sweat masked by perfume. We also had to lay awake listening to some trashy drunk people scream and move furniture around in the pool and then in their room.

Eric was amazing! He checked us in with no problems. He was very friendly and easy going! Property must be getting some updates to look a little more modernized. We had holes in the wall be the windows that came from a valance, the needed to be filled and painted over.
The parking lot filled up and there was no parking after we came back from an outing so we parked in the property next door, hopefully this morning the vehicles are still there.
Beds were super comfy.

The red stain on the comforter looks like ink... the other stain is brown and questionable. Called and asked for the bedding to be changed at 3:44 and let them know I wouldnt be back til late. Come now Im writing this about to sleep on the couch with doubts of how clean it is..
