五角大樓城麗思卡爾頓酒店(The Ritz Carlton, Pentagon City)

My flight was cancelled so I needed to find a place to stay. The location was very convenient for DCA airport, either by metro (2 stops) or car and connected to the mall. Following Ritz Carlton’s standard, all staff was incredibly respectful, caring and attentive without being stifling. Ordered in-room dining for dinner and it was okay, but nothing special. Presentation and service of it was impeccable. When checking in, I was unexpectedly upgraded to club floor, which was very kind of them, especially after a long day of canceled and rebooked flights. Please be sure to treat the staff kindly, as it is the right thing to do. If I am in the area again, I will happily return.

We had no idea where to stay and decided the ritz Carlton. Little did we know that the hotel was connected to the mall we traveled from Virginia to visit! It was an absolute time saver and the most convenient hotel we’ve ever stayed in….besides Disney World 😁. Had the best time! Would recommend to all and will only be staying at this hotel when visiting DC.

Loved the Ritz Carlton . It was my first. The 5 star experience is something I could get use to. The only thing I didn’t like was that the 18th floor there was a free executive club if you paid for the executive club use, which I did . They kept asking what room we stayed in to verify we belonged up there- but they didn’t ask the other guests that. It kinda put a damper on the experience . All the other staff were nice though. Check in was a breeze and so was check out. The location is great because it’s near a mall and also major DC attractions. Parking was easy offsite. You can get 24 hour parking for $20. There are a lot of different types of restaurants. The hotel is in general clean. Some toilets weren’t flushed when we entered and the room was a little outdated but it was still very glamorous.

It felt good being back home. I love The Ritz!!! Always my first choice when traveling in the states or out of state. If the price is on point then I will always be at the ritz. I love this property everything in walking distance from the mall to Restaurants and the metro right there. Can be a crowd at times do to the amenities that actual surround the Hotel. Overall great corner room mine was 1001, great views and the mattress like sleeping on floating clouds. I wish they had more of a tv channel selection but hey it worked out fine for our needs. Thanks again for everything great property.

My wife and I went away for a short couples weekend, and absolutely blown away by our experience at the Ritz Carlton. We were upgraded to an executive suite! What an amazing room and club area.
