I reserve a stadium view suite via ******* and when I got my room, it was room 408 which had no view of the stadium at all! Was very disappointed that the room I reserved was not available. The gentleman that checked me in blamed it on ******* stating none of their rooms are guaranteed. Will be looking to get this situation rectified.

We had a wonderful time throughout the length of our stay. The location was perfect. Bobby B. was at the front desk and checked us in. He was friendly, welcoming, professional and efficient. He followed up with us the following day to inquire about our accommodations and we were very pleased with the whole experience.

Overall the stay was great. Location ia really close to the Metro and there's good food nearby. The room was beautiful and we loved the layout and spaciousness. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. Literally the only complaint I have was the really noisy bar next door that plays loud music until 3 am. We were awake and had trouble falling asleep both nights until they were closed.

Awful! Disgusting stains on pull out couch sheets across the entire sheet. King bed had hair on it that didn’t not belong to my family. The noise level outside was the the worst noise I have ever encountered in any hotel room- street partying going on until 4 AM with screaming and fighting. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had with a “big brand” chain. I would not recommend.

The location of this hotel was perfect for the venue we attended. Unfortunately I didn’t feel safe walking around in the evening but felt very safe inside the hotel. Even though there was a lot of activity outside the hotel, our room was quiet. What I really want to say is how amazing all of the staff were. They were always so very accommodating, always had smiles on their faces and made you feel welcome. We had to leave before breakfast so we let the staff know the night before. They had our car waiting and even made us a breakfast goodie bag for us to take with us. How considerate!!!

I was traveling to DC for just an overnight. My flight was 4 hours late and I got there at 2:00 am. Frank at the desk greeted me by name and took care of me with snacks and water. I was in bed by 2:15. The morning crew also took care of me. Just Amazing. Thank you. I stayed overnight on 9/10. Kudos to staff

Location was great if you’re going to Nats Park. Driving in to grab one of three valet slots on the street is a bit of a nightmare. Valet was relatively quick to respond. Check in was bad. Room not ready. Check in is supposed to be at three. Still waiting at 4:30. Told that because of the previous nights full register housekeeping is behind. This is no excuse. It’s the Hampton not having adequate housekeeping personnel even though they deal with this every time there’s a weekend game at the Stadium. When checking on progress, the desk said, “check in BEGINS at 3…”! Ha, I’ll bet checkout doesn’t BEGIN at 11. It’s at 11. Room was clean, building in good shape. Bed was hard. AC worked well and ran quietly. Thermostat controlled. It’s worth a shot if you want to stay next to the park.

Nice, clean, affordable hotel with helpful and friendly staff in a great location next door to Nationals Park. Virtually no available parking nearby, especially for larger vehicles so valet is a must, but there are metro stations nearby so commuting to landmarks is no problem. The room we chose was advertised as a high room with stadium view, so we were expecting a view of the field. Unfortunately that’s not the case, it is a view of the higher tiers of seats, so dont count on watching the game from your room! Overall, very happy with our stay and would stay again

My stay with my kids was excellent. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated Andrew. He was so kind and helpful towards me and my two young children! We will be visiting again soon !
