Homewood Suites by Hilton Washington DC NoMa Union Station

I travelled with my wife and 3 year old daughter for a short Christmas break. The stay was pleasant. Staff was supportive and always polite. Free breakfast was up to the mark. Parking is a little expensive (40-45 USD) per night which is extra and the pool was under renovation when we visited.

Delicious breakfast, though the sofa bad was a little dirty. Spacious room and nice view.

Homewood Suites- NoMa Union Station was situated on a very busy street which made it a bit of a challenge to find exactly how to enter the property, as they don't have the drive clearly marked or delineated from the street, especially if you are driving in at night. The hotel itself is very brown- carpets, walls, doors, etc. and feels a bit dated. The room was satisfactory and generally clean. The breakfast provided was adequate/good, although they could use a second waffle maker when it's busy with guests. Overall cleanliness of the property- I'd give a 7. Things (doors, elevators, glass, concrete outside) just looked like they needed a good wipe down and pressure washing. The front staff was nice and helpful though. Overall, I'd stay here again, but only in a pinch.

I was here for a Monday through Friday stay for work. I was disappointed to find out they only serviced rooms on Monday and Friday which meant my room never got a refresher during my stay. Rooms were pricy so this was disappointing. Having the kitchen and large fridge was nice. There were minor repairs needed in my room such as the toilet paper holder, but over all I like the amount of space At night you can hear everything in the surrounding rooms. They say smoking is not allowed but I did smell **** through the walls on a few nights. The shuttle is great if you need to go somewhere within a mile radius. The business center computer never worked through my entire stay so I was not able to print something I needed. Breakfast was as expected. Not amazing but ok. Front desk was friendly and helpful. I appreciate their willingness to help out an remember me through my stay. They didn’t have change for a $20 at one point so I was stuck having to find a place to do this. The location is good although walking down the alley to get to the hotel at night was scary. I found myself waiting up to 20 minutes for an Uber pick up when needed. Overall it was an acceptable stay and I will give it another try next time I am in DC.

Awesome stay awesome accomodations. There was a bit of a mix up on my part and I actually booked at two different hotels. But the Hotels agent worked with me and both hotels to get it resolved. I cant say enough about the agent going above and beyond. The parience and understanding that it took to get this fixed was above and beyond. This could have been so disatrous or at the least very inconvenient, as I was traveling with other family that are not so familiar with the area and we could hve easily ended up at different hotels. So I salute him and the staff at the homewood suites NoMa, Washington DC, for also being equally as understanding and patient. I have been with ********** for a while now and this is not the first time that I have messed up my accomodations and also not the first time that they've come to my rescue. It is stressful enough being away from home and at someone elses mercy so I am very grateful and on top of all of this the stay was top notch. Again I salute you and I thank you!!!

Thi property was advertised on ******* as having a pool THERE WAS NO POOL!! I have been a customer of ******* for a long time ,this has changed my vacation planners. Never again to use ******* as my family had a terrible time with the hot weather and was due to false advertising on *******. Still waiting on a reply from ******* for some sort of resolution. Hotelwas really dirty and dated. Carpet was extremely dirty in rooms and the best---The bed was broken I have pictures to show. Very ,very disappointed for being a long time customer of ******* and Hilton chain

Overall, it was a chic and happening place to stay. The outfoor firepits, free wine and breakfast buffet really made this place stick out. The pool also waa a great selling point. The toilet in my room was not that clean upon arrival but that was the only hiccup I had during my stay. Overall, great place to stay to be close to it all.

Room itself was nice- full size fridge, stovetop, all silverware, etc. are provided. USB outlets. Breakfast-the usual hotel breakfast. Pool and fitness center were both closed "for renovation" I get it that renos are needed but should have listed that on site. DC in summer, no pool? I would have booked someplace else. They should reduce nightly rate based on no pool/fitness center. Parking is $53.00 a day, it does allow in and out. The area is sketchy, wouldn't feel safe walking around after dark. Nothing to do close by, quite a few homeless sitting around.
