河畔莫杜斯酒店(The River Inn)

Great staff, great location, great facility. When I checked in there was a smell of sewage in the lobby - a common problem in DC but needs to be addressed. Then we had bedbugs in our first room. The staff handled it beautifully but my daughter was really afflicted. We have not had follow up even though we requested a copy of the exterminator report. They did support us receiving a credit for the third night which we cancelled.

It’s so clean and spacious room, good price. It has kitchen in room. You also can park on street to save money. Easy access to everywhere. We visited my children many times who are attending Georgetown, but we never knew River Inn before. Definitely, We will come back to stay here in future.

Everything fantastic! The staff is just wonderful, from the moment I arrived jet lagged after two weeks intercontinental, greeted with a warm smile, to when I left - awaiting a late train which turned out to early morning (they let me wait in the lobby), they were just above and beyond. The room felt like home, and the adjacent in-house restaurant (different business) is also a gem. The location is perfect, walkable from the downtown as well as Georgetown, and the Potomac river. Highly recommended! I will definitely stay here again when I come back to DC.

Love the area. Very quiet, tree-lined streets. Close to our favorite Whole Foods in DC. Also a very short walk to the metro’s blue line. The hotel room was huge, with a full kitchen. The staff was always helpful.

The River Inn is conveniently located near a metro station and is close to all local main attractions. There are many restaurants near by, as well as 2 grocery stores. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was very clean, and well stocked with kitchenware.

Hotel location was in quiet historical neighborhood. Very close to the Metro. Very good bed and nice staff. Enjoyed having a kitchen.

foggy bottom is a great place to stay and this apart hotel was just what we were looking for to spend a nice week end in DC
