華盛頓特區酒店 - 喬治城希爾頓安泊酒店(Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Georgetown)

A really frustrating visit. I have stayed with Embassy before but will never stay with this one again. They put me in a dirty room like there was someone still in it dirty. And then the new room had food left in the microwave. No linen in the bathroom and when I went to the restaurant in the lobby the waitress didn't even offer me water. I got all the way back to my room in my pj's and getting ready to go to bed when she finally knocked on my door and asked for a signature. She never even came back to the table I was at to check on me. Just a horrible experience. One thing after another.

Customer service to me is of the upmost importance. It trumps luxury and amenities of any hotel. Im happy to say that this hotel has been one of the most welcoming and enjoyable hotels my family and I have stayed in. When I tell you that the staff is of the highest caliber of professionalism and respect, believe me. From the front desk, bar tenders, waiters and cleaning staff… every single person was a true joy to interact with. This will be my place to stay whenever I visit DC. Special shout-out to our favorite server, Mahlet and to Concierge Shema for going above and beyond for my family. Thank you!

Please add more breakfast item. Please add another protein such as turkey sausage. Please provide heat to the food as it sit in the covered dish, food is cold, luke warm. Waffles hard. Just correct the food issue. Im sure that would boost your stars. Overall good location. Had a good vibe this past weekend.

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. Very spacious, clean room. Lovely view. Clean, comfortable lounge, with plenty of seating options. Great breakfast. Friendly & helpful staff. Small pool for the size of the hotel, but our kids enjoyed it. Only complaint was the WIFI. It was quite unreliable, and we had to constantly reconnect. We would definitely stay again.

Set in an area with lots of other large hotels and has a Walgreens and CVS very close at hand. It’s a 25 minute walk to the Lincoln Memorial or 20 minute walk into the Georgetown area which is good area with lots of shops and restaurants. The rooms are very roomy with a separate sitting/lounge area,small kitchenette with a microwave, coffee machine and fridge. We had an issue checking in as our room had a fault and we were moved to a nearby hotel for one night and it was handled well by the staff. Only down side would be the general lack of seating and tables to support the breakfast service in the morning. The breakfast itself is fabulous with a great selection of hot and cold foods. Don’t miss the fresh omelette station it’s a must.

My family and I loved our stay, and we will definitely come back in the future. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were always kind to my children, and they loved interacting with them. We took advantage of the complimentary cocktails and snacks each night, which were a great addition to our stay. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The swimming pool was very warm and clean. The rooms made were very comfortable and we had no issues at all.
