This hotel is very inflexible to customers as for emergency out of control requirement. I had a cancellation by United on the flight I need to travel from LA to DC. thus I had to cancel the trip a day ahead. I called, and the hotel refused to make the cancellation. Very bad services!

I was definitely impressed. I would stay again. I will definitely recommend to friends/ family. The Eldon is on a quiet side street in a safe neighborhood. Great location. Easy to walk to museums, government buildings. Surrounded by historic buildings. An added bonus is the Giant grocery store within easy walking distance. You can get your supplies for your room, if you plan on cooking/ eating meals in room. This hotel is super clean, very shiny and upscale looking. Rooms are huge. More like an apartment, than a hotel. I liked everything. I have zero criticism. It's a really nice place. Finally, it's a great value relative to the price of the room. I would stay longer next time.

The pictures don’t reflect how good the rooms are. We thought we were booking a studio, but it was in fact a huge apartment for 2. The room was equipped with all the necessary to have breakfast every morning and chill during the nights. The staff was great with us, great experience I would totally recommend. We are a 25 yr old couple :)

I enjoyed my stay here. It was so convenient to get to the conference centre in minutes and there were many dining options nearby. It was very convenient for walking everywhere and was very close to the metro station. My only negative was the blinds in the bedroom did not close properly and there units across the street were very close, so I didn't feel that there was any privacy. I think that is a very important thing to fix. Also the air conditioning unit is extremely noisy. Otherwise, a very comfortable place to stay for a trip.

I am sad to say I will never stay there again. I stayed 3 nights. The housekeeper NEVER came to clean our room. The housekeeper supervisor and the front desk stated they told her to clean the room. They said they think it is a language barrier. I am not sure why she wasnt told to clean all the rooms. I had to take my trash out myself and I cleaned the bathroom myself. The a/c went out and my food spoiled in the fridge. We filed a complaint and the hotel has not responded. The front desk clerk Denissia was was nice, but no one has got back with us. The hotel phone number on ******* is out of service. The phone number online is a cell phone number which is answered sporadically!! DO NOT STAY THERE!!

This is a terrific option - very lovely accommodation, safe and clean The bed was comfortable Exc kitchen just wish there was a closer grocery option Would be nice to have an info page - recommending where there are nearby groceries and the easiest metro etc

Water for shower was cold. Elevator broke on Saturday and wasn’t fixed. Maintenance isn’t always on hand. Toilet clogged really easy and it took multiple calls and and they bright and handed me a crappy plunger for me to fix it myself.

ótimo quarto, está mais para um apart hotel, com cozinha completa e ótimas acomodações. Bem silencioso e bem localizado, bem próximo ao Metrô Center com fácil acesso a toda cidade. Recomendo com certeza.
