We stayed at the Lonno for three nights during the off season and we practically had the place to ourselves. Everyone at the Lonno was friendly and helpful from the owner to the servers. The food was great. The accommodations were comfortable. The Lonno sits right at the water's edge with steps that lead to the ocean. It's an absolutely beautiful location.

We stayed with our family at Lonno Lodge and had the most relaxing week! The owners are very welcoming and great hosts! The staff is so friendly and the rooms are very clean and so comfortable. The experience is luxurious in every way and they made us feel at home. The location is also perfect and we were able to take their electrical bikes to the center to eat ice cream. I would recommend anyone to book your holiday here!

Our stay at the hotel was incredibly enjoyable. We felt comfortable under the care of Sylwia and Aldo, for which we sincerely thank them. They helped us organize our time and explore the surrounding attractions. The hotel is beautiful, situated on a cliff overlooking the ocean, with unique architecture using local materials. The pool is large. It recently opened a new spa.The food was delicious. This was our first time in Kenya and we traveled there with some concerns. We visited Lonno for our honeymoon and can’t recommend it enough, it was absolutely outstanding! Silvia and Addo were so welcoming and each member of staff we encountered was unbelievably polite, attentive and just genuinely lovely. We felt enormously looked after by everyone and the personality and warmth that they brought really made our experience everything we could have hoped for and so much more. Lonno genuinely felt like home during the time we stayed there, and it’s very hard to put into words how special it is. Our trip was one we’ll treasure forever, and we couldn’t be more grateful to the whole team. A special shout to the housekeeping team for their exceptionally high standards and the hospitality team for making us feel so looked after, meal times were our favourite in particular and we have such fond memories of them. If you are thinking about Lonno - you simply must come and experience it for yourself, theres nowhere else quite like it!

We chose Lonno Lodge after seeing its more than 600 five-star reviews, as we were looking for a serene and peaceful place to unwind. We booked five nights, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The service was impeccable, the food was fresh and delicious, and Silvia and Aldo, the gracious owners, went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. They suggested excellent activities in the Watamu area, made all the necessary reservations on our behalf, and even arranged transportation. Their staff were equally outstanding—always warm, pleasant, and eager to help. During our stay, we enjoyed a full-day dhow excursion that ended with a breathtaking sunset, indulged in soothing massages, and spent the rest of the time on what they jokingly called their “do-nothing tour”: lounging by the pool and soaking in the exceptional service. The rooms are beautiful, with stunning views of the Indian Ocean, and we cannot wait to return to experience their remarkable hospitality once again. Nasz pobyt w Lonno Lodge trwał 9 dni. Hotel zamawialiśmy kierując się recenzjami znalezionymi w internecie. To był nasz pierwszy pobyt w Kenii i czuliśmy się po wylądowaniu nieco zagubieni. Zgodnie z uzgodnieniami czekał na nas na lotnisku wygodny samochód z kierowcą wysłany po nas z hotelu. Po drodze szukaliśmy jeszcze punktu gdzie można kupić i zainstalować lokalną kartę SIM do telefonu. Zarówno właściciele jak i nowo poznany kierowca bardzo nam w tym pomogli bo okazało się że nie wszędzie możne to obcokrajowiec nabyć. Niezależnie w samym hotelu internet był bardzo dobrze dostępny z lokalnej sieci wifi. Zakwaterowani zostaliśmy w piętrowym bungalowie. Warunki luksusowe! Obawialiśmy się nieco funkcjonowania w budynku bez klimatyzacji ale było to niepotrzebne. Było w naturalny sposób rześko, przewiewnie i przyjemnie. Korzystając z rad Sylwi - współwłaścicielki hotelu - odwiedziliśmy atrakcyjne miejsca w pobliżu. Doradzała w sprawie zwiedzania okolicy z uwzględnieniem np. pobytu o zachodzie słońca w wąwozie Marafa. Dużo by nas ominęło gdybyśmy tam byli np. w południe. Właściciele hotelu byli bardzo pomocni we wszystkich sprawach, obsługa dobrana z wyjątkowo miłych i kompetentnych ludzi. My najwięcej czasu spędzaliśmy z kierowcą Nixonem który nas obwoził po wszystkich wybranych miejscach i spełniał niestandardowe zachcianki jak postoje w celu fotografowania baobabów czy poszukiwanie sklepów z najlepszymi owocami. Mogę stwierdzić że czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo i dziękujemy wszystkim osobom z obsługi z którymi się codziennie widywaliśmy. Posiłki były wyśmienite i obfite. Przygotowywane konkretnie dla nas a'la carte miały indywidualny charakter i były dopracowane w szczegółach. Kto lubi wykwintną kuchnię to może do Lonno Lodge przyjechać tylko na dobre jedzenie :) Mogłoby być więcej czasu żeby sobie poleżeć na leżakach i odpoczywać ale i na to jak przyszła pora to były specjalne miejsca gdzie na wielkich bujanych łóżkach podziwialiśmy ocean i widoczne wyspy. Basen wystarczająco duży, ze słoną wodą , z wygodnymi schodami do zejścia do wody. Podsumowując - bardzo udany pobyt w luksusowych wnętrzach z profesjonalną i miłą obsługą i opieką ze strony właścicieli Sylwii i Aldo których serdecznie pozdrawiamy - Iza, Marek, Piortek
