Property is really dirty and not maintained. Room was filthy from floor to walls. Bed sheets were itchy. Place had no heater and was really cold. Had to leave after a couple days of hours of waiting for service. Got told they bring a portable heater not never came. Place feels unsafe with the crowd of ppl coming in and out. Not recommended to anyone.

If there was a negative rating we'd pay to give it! The hotel was a rat hole. I can't fathom the rationale behind ******* putting their name and reputation behind such a mess. The room was dirty, smelly and the walls seemed to have vomit splattered all over. The bed sheets, rags and towels were all dirty. There was even faeces on the carpet outside the hallway. Being tired and trying to somehow find the mental space to deal with this horror, we requested a change of sheets and was told they didn't have any clean bedding available. That was the final straw. We immediately checked out, not even spending an hour in the place and subsequently requested a refund. This is by far the worst experience we've ever had regarding a booked hotel room. ******* can kiss our business goodbye as we'll never use them again. Now they seem to be stone-walling our refund! Moreover I had to re-edit this post numerous times. Though it's obvious this kind of vetting escaped the room they rented us, let's see if this re-edit passes Expedia's smell-test.

This hotel is a total dump, my room was not vacuumed or cleaned. The bed had used sheets and were stained and nasty. The comforter had sticky stuff and burn holes all over. The towels in the bathroom were still wet from the last people who stayed in that room. Never ever go here, I will never go back to that dump. It needs to be condemned.

The only word I could use to describe this property is disgusting. There were homeless people sleeping on the floor in the second floor hallway. They are also not honest as far as their rates

Its nice they let u check in easy the the best part and early room to rest better over its good.

I want my money back they had bed bugs and i did not stay in there at all i have videos of them and the motel refused to give me. A refund

There was no hot water the entire night. The fire alarm kept going off. The room was filthy and smelled heavily of smoke so much so the odor is still in my coat. If you’re going to stay here do NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN! It’s best for heavy smokers and men. The carpet was dirty the blanket had cigarette holes burned into them. There was food trash in the window. We had to sleep freezing cold with the window open to combat the smell.
