小鎮上的酒店，挺乾淨的。早餐還不錯，熱飲友好，適合我們。離地鐵站很近，步行幾百米

1. 第一天給的房間和隔壁衹有一個門，隔壁小聲説話走路都能聽見 2. 第二天換個房間就發現電動牙刷丟了，我就找前台説牙刷掉原來房間了，找了好幾次都説沒看見，我説我早上還用了，下午就沒了，這不是很明顯被偷了嗎，然後攜程也聯繫很多次都説沒有看見，最後我火了、找前台要找manager投訴，我要報警，結果消失了一天多的牙刷奇蹟般出現了，但全程我沒有收到一句道歉 3. 我最後三天定的升級房型，價格也更高，酒店沒有一個人聯繫我要換房間，服務一塌糊塗 4. 前台態度很差，聲音非常小，多問幾句還很不爽 5.酒店木質結構，同一層任何房間關門你的床頭都能抖一下，非常失望，早上清潔工6點開始乒乒乓乓打掃房間，無語

房間很舒服，服務很好，早餐品質很好

Love this hotel and it’s location. We booked a Superior King but were kindly upgraded to an Executive room upon check in. Bed was very comfortable and spacious. Very much appreciated the complimentary water in reception and were pleased to make the most of a drinks voucher when we returned from Harry Potter Studios, that coffee was delicious. While the breakfast choice is superb, the temperature of the food was luke warm, even the latte out of the machine was on the cooler side, which was a bit odd. Heading down at 9:15 on a Monday morning, I appreciate there wasn’t as many patrons as there would be on a weekend, so fresh food replenishment was not really needed.

We ordered three steak dinners at £29.50 each plus sauce @ £3.50 - we had two types of steak all were dry, chewy, with grizzle - sauce bland, cauliflower cheese was hard - Another had a pasta chicken dish, chicken was tough to eat, lots of food wasted as inedible, meals in general very disappointing for the cost. Bar staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms we had were on the second floor, they are a bit dated, and the bathrooms quite old, the tap and toilet flush were very stiff to use. No instructions for the air con/heating, took us an evening to work it out, and then it had a mind of its own, in main the room was quite cold, seeing it was snowing wasn’t a good time to have a temperamental thermostat. Other room we had there was no heating, they did provide a floor heater. The staff we cannot fault, friendly and helpful. We would not stay at the hotel again, or other Leonardo hotels in case they were the same.

Parking is an issue

Toilet did not flush, doors were banging all night with wind making lots of noise. Was also locked in the stairwell for 25 mins as the key would not work to let me in or out

Staff were lovely. Clean and comfortable room. We will continue to stay here when we are visiting the area.

Excellent location (assuming you want the shopping centre or football ground) and fantastic property for the price. Hotel itself was great and parking for 24 hours was £4.

I had a really great experience at the Leonardo Hotel, I would highly recommend for a short stay.

Excellent customer service and room. The location of the hotel is great for Watford Junction station and the high street.

You could improve better service

Property was perfect for our Harry Potter Studio Tour. The hotel is situation near Watford Junction which has a free shuttle bus to the studios. Hotel amenities are excellent and the room was perfect for my family of 3. Highly recommend this hotel.

位置很好👍、但是酒店本身管理人員有很大問題、我住了11天、清潔每次都要到大堂要求、廁紙？毛巾？最重要清潔工人番查個人物品、取走一些小禮物🎁、投訴后、沒有合理解釋、下次一定不會再入住似酒店
