We arrived when it was dark, they have parking but I was a bit nervous about the safety. They have only to go breakfast.

The room was clean and everything was in it's place to perfection. Internet was good, parking, not so much. There were 2 negatives that should be stated. 1- the first thing you notice when you enter the lobby are the "Do Not or we charge you" signs plastered everywhere and 2- whoever installed the sink and shelf in the bathroom over the toilet so you have to search for the flush handle and then hold it down to clear the bowl, also made it too wide so the toilet lids do not stay a up. Two people should have been fired for that project, first the guy who designed it and second the guy who accepted it.

I travel frequently to Pendleton. Pictures showed the rooms to be renovated - most have been a show room because the room wasn’t that nice. The heater barely functioned making the room freezing and unable to shower the next morning. Left early in the morning because we could not be comfortable in the cold. While bedding/towels were clean, they were thin/scratchy from over bleaching. Breakfast is available, but it’s mostly stale toast/small bagels with only jam available (no other toppings). TV was barely functional and remote didn’t work. Would not stay here again especially during cold weather as there are other affordable places in town.

My daughter and I stayed one night. Although the room was reasonably clean, the carpet could stand shampooing. The bed was very uncomfortable: it felt almost as though we were sleeping on the box spring. Also, the single blanket provided was insufficient to keep us warm, and we had to have the noisy heater on through the night. For the price we paid, it was too costly for so little comfort. The continental breakfast was disappointing, consisting mainly of stale bagels and dry cereals as choices. We won't use the hotel again.

Air conditioner only got room down to about 80 degrees and only 1 bar of soap to share at shower and sink. Buy bed was comfortable

This hotel is pretty run down. The rooms are ok. They tried to update but the old is still there. They told us we could park our bikes upfront. Then they called us 10 minutes later and told us to move our bikes. At 8am in the morning the police go to City Hall which is right across the street and honked and turned sirens on to wake up the homeless that were sleeping there. Liked being able to walk to the local restaurants. It was decent fpr the price for one night. Wouldn't stay on 1st floor with all the homeless and drunks wandering around

Our prepaid ******* reservation was not honored by the management, and they were totally indifferent and unhelpful in trying to resolve the problem on their end.
