Staff great to me management sucks…Checked into room after long international flight and it was not clean. The toilet was not flushed. The trash cans were not empty and contain feminine products. The trash cans have not been emptied and there was what looked to be bodily fluid on the beds. When I went to the front desk, they said they were no other rooms and the lady said all the cleaning people were gone so she would personally clean them, she was a very wonderful person. She went upstairs and took one look and said I cannot clean this room. It is unsanitary and filthy after sitting in the lobby for around an hour, waiting for a cleaning person to come. After three hours the room had been cleaned and it was given to me. The hotel manager said I could not get a free night because I booked through ******* and I should not have done so so he would give me points unfortunately the points never showed up. Also, the manager never actually spoke to me he sent the front desk people out to talk to me. I asked to speak to them directly and they said he would not but Mike call me. I left my number for him to call and never did. Just checked my Hilton honors gold account and there is no extra points in there. Left a message for the manager, but have not heard the managers name is.Hamet Sy.
The other unusual thing was, I stayed two nights, and when I get back from business meetings, room had not been cleaned the second night was told they only clean rooms every third day
