We booked a room to be in the area the night before our cruise. When we came into town the weather was a lot colder than expected, we had hoped to hang around the beach and find some stuff to do before check in, we called and they had a room ready hours prior for us. The room was very accommodating for 6 people, a lot of room and very clean. The location was great for the port and some surrounding shopping. Would definitely stay again, we are very thankful for the early check in due to 4 kids it took some stress of traveling off our plate. Thank you!

This was an new property and so many things not operational. Bathroom door latch was not operational so the door wouldn't close so there was no privacy in the bathroom. Air condition in the room didn't have an fan that would stay on. Refrigerator wouldn't work. When talking with the staff the maintance worker stated that there was an know issue with the bathroom door latch in that room. I told them they never should have had that room operational. The only thing that they could do was give points. which doesn't help when paying over $200 a night for an room that doesn't work.

Trevligt hotell, fräscht och välstädat rum, trevlig personal. Smidig self-parking. Dock ganska kaotisk frukost där mycket tog slut fort, svårt att få sittplats.

great pool area, very nice lobby and bar area with seating and tables. breakfast was perfect, so many options and all very delicious. rooms are very nice! beds are comfortable and pillows were just right. modern and classic decor with updated touches which made for an overall wonderful experience. definitely recommend. staff is outstanding

The property was clean and well laid out. The staff was warm, professional, and very helpful. We ate the evening we arrived in the bar area, the food was good and the portions were large . It was suggested by the front desk clerk because we were tired and hungry, she stated it was close and good. She was right. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room was clean, spacious and the beds comfortable. We parked at a great price for the duration of our cruise and the transport to and from Carnival was efficient and easy. I had not reserved the parking but the assistant manager that evening was very accommodating and saved us much anxiety and it was a great convenience. I will stay here again if I cruise out of Canaveral.

check in was smooth and the room was very nice. The morning breakfast was good, and the location is great for the cruise terminal and other dining options.
