1. THE SHOWERS IN THIS HOTEL REGURGITATED SEWER WATER WHILE WE SHOWERED. 2. THE TOILET WOULD NOT FLUSH AND WE WERE FORCED TO URINATE ON TOP OF UNFLUSHED URINE. 3. UPON ASKING FOR THE MANAGERS PHONE NUMBER I WAS LIED TO AND GIVEN THE FRONT DESK NUMBER. 4. I WAS FOLLOWED AROUND THE HOTEL BY A STRANGE MALE ASSOCIATE AS I LOADED MY THINGS TO DEPART EARLY! 5. I WAS MOCKED AND INSULTED AS I LOADED MY CAR. 6. MARRIOT CLAIMS ******* IS TO HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A REFUND. ******* BLAMES ALOFT. THE HOTEL MANAGER REFUSED TO REFUND ANYTHING. 7. WE PAID OVER $1000, DIDN'T GET TO STAY OUR WHOLE STAY, AND WERE OFFERED "POINTS" AS A FIX. 8. MY CHILD PAID FOR THIS HOTEL ROOM OUT OF HER OWN MONEY SHE MADE AT WORK. SHE SPENT $1000 TO SHOWER IN FECES WATER. I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT. 9. THIS HOTEL ALSO SERVES FOOD WHILE REGURGITATING SEWER WATER INTO THEIR SHOWERS.

Horrible Worst Experience Ever At A Hotel First, my reservation was messed up. That had to be fixed. Then, they were full with families on baseball teams. They’re kids were playing bball outside my window all day/ night. My room is first floor and 5 feet away from these 15-20 kids and 10-20 parents. My cat was freaking out. Balls hitting my window. Kids looking into my window more than once. Then a ball hit my car in the parking lot by my room. Pics shown of location of room and area. And to top it off when I went to get ice at 2:30am the door closed and somehow latched the safety latch with no one inside. Impossible, right!??? No! It happened. That took 2 hours. And now I am checking out. So NO! NOT HAPPY AND NOT OKAY PAYING a few hundred A NIGHT!!!!!!!

Terrible The layout of the room is terrible. No privacy for the shower. TV channel access was brutal. Bedroom area cramped. Bathroom doors don’t lock. For $180 per night it was a total rip off. $50 would been too much. Very disappointed with the Aloft and will never stay there again.

Blackout curtains would not work had the lights from the led sign blinking in my window all night couldn’t move rooms bc the hotel was booked

Second time staying here and it was even better than in December. Room was clean and big!! The staff are so kind, and helpful. If you have animals this is a safe place to bring them.

We didn’t like the room set-up with the shower and sink area as it was. The light from that area shown into the sleeping area in the morning while someone was trying to sleep. The corner sitting area with the table also was too close to the beds.

Friendly staff, clean room, great vibes in the hotel! Conveniently located by Starbucks and other traveler friendly options!

The room was great. Some staff were rude and no one cleaned or changed our towns in the 3 days we were there
