密爾沃基西麗笙酒店(Radisson Hotel Milwaukee West)

Overall a pretty decent hotel. I dinged them little on condition because there were several spots were wal paper was bubbling, the faucet in our room was lose on the swing...ect. maintainance things that because of the age of the building are more prominent. BUT there was nothing that would keep me from staying again. The towels were very nice, the bed was very comfortable. Cleanliness seemed good as well. I would recomend

The lounge is nice and appears recently renovated. The refreshment services (coffee/tea) was limited - a single urn of each and every time I tried the liquid was cold. There was a lot of noise going on with construction activities - a roofing crew started at 6:30AM just outside my window each morning. Road construction around the hotel made it very difficult to get into and out of. The fitness room was very small with very worn out equipment. There were no sundries offered at all - I was told to walk across the street to the Walgreens for necessities and snacks. Overall a pretty bid disappointment especially considering the nightly rate.

Concert goers that showed up on the weekend were screaming in the room next door. Cable tv was very bad, kept freezing every few seconds. Construction on the roof started outside our window at 7 am sharp. Asked twice to have room cleaned, even told cleaning staff working on next room we were going out and they could clean our room, never happened. Air system was broken, set on high fan for either heat or air conditioning, could not change fan speed or turn it off, just stayed on high all the time. Would never stay there again even though it was clean and staff seemed friendly, but they never cleaned our room at all.

This was the worst hotel we’ve stayed in, including many cheaper hotels. There was no breakfast or hot tub even though the website said there was. The pool was closed for cleaning when we tried to use it. The room wasn’t very clean, including a stain on the blanket. Worst of all- there was noise all night long- music, screaming, jumping on the floor above us and more at all hours of the night. We barely got any sleep. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights, but left after the first night because it was so bad. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had reservations for two queen beds. They over booked and we were stuck with a king size and no option for a rollaway bed.. very uncomfortable evening sleeping.

The rooms need updating, there were stains on the sheets. The bathroom faucet was leaking, the toilet rain for at least 15 minutes after flush and the shower to 10 minutes to drain out.

Hotel is a little out dated and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. With today’s modern technology I was surprised that there were no additional outlets to plug in cell phone chargers. For the amount of money we paid none of the premium channels were free. Regular channels had a ton of commercials. Went downstairs to the bar/restaurant and it was ghetto the regulars in there were acting disorderly. Not a place I would stay at again.

Pros: - comfy bed - reasonable cost - check in and check out were very simple Cons: - lack of customer service - several times no one would be at the front desk - also did not receive a call back after I left a msg on the front desk voicemail - tv glitched every 2-3 minutes - bath tub drained super slow - stood in about 2 inches of water during entire shower

Could not use handicap door to bring out luggage holder from outside...switch broken. Phone and lights on back wall didn't work. No one answered at front desk
