it's a wonderful place and resort. receptionist, ***ager and all staff are very friendly🥰❤️ really awesome place

The food was not good! we had ordered a few itseems and something else was delivered to us which was not of any good impression dental kits were provided only when asked for

overall stay i would rate 4 out of 5 for below reasons. pros: 👍stay was good. room was neat and clean. entire property was well maintained. kids will definitely enjoy this resort for sure. ordered dinner and that was fantastic. they served hot. room service was quick. cons: 👎very average breakfast, only two items. bathroom bucket and mug was not clean. no tissue paper and room fragrance. moreover, inside the bathroom the proper slope was not done for water to drain from the shower floor. because of which water was not flowing in to the drain. owner should get this sanitary issues fixed which are very basic expectations.

Comfortable rooms, excellent property with playground for kid along-with fantastic swimming pool. Good service and awesome support staff. Food was excellent and variety of options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests.

No maintenance and the room stinks. Food is expensive and not worth. Breakfast is horrible. Staff are all youngsters and not hygienic.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at orchid trails in wayanad, and it was truly a rejuvenating experience. From the moment we arrived, the serene ambiance captivated us. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking views of the lush surroundings. The staff at orchid trails excelled in hospitality. Their warm welcome and eagerness to assist made us feel right at home. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to mr arun for his exceptional support during our stay. His attentiveness and assistance made our experience truly memorable. Thank you for ensuring that every aspect of our stay was seamless.

Till last but 1 screen, it showed different amount, while paying the amount increased by 600 rs. I have not selected any add-ons in between. But it should be transparent. It changes customer expectations

Very nice and we'll maintain the property! food is good! good stay for a family vacation and with friends

Property is really nice. Though limited activities for guests and kids are needs to be improved but rest all is top class. Room maintenance ws very nice and the room we opted was huge enough for a family (2 adults + 1 kid. They don't have the running restaurant but i liked the way they cook the food as per the order. The quality of food is really good and very tasty. Nice breakfast spread and taste wise also upto mark. All the staffs were very friendly including the kitchen staffs the front desk guys and a special thanks to resort manager. Overall our stay was very nice and very relaxing.

The room was non ac though booking time it was showing that ac is there. Geaser not working properly. Food is not so good. Staffs are well behaved.

The room and out side ambiance was good, swimming pool was clear and clean. Room was clean but toilet flush was not working, may be pure check in inspection was not done. Food was costly and not up to the mark, morning breakfast menu was limited.

Excellent place to stay in the midst of forest and service is very awesome. Very quiet place in the middle of forest. Very polite people and all staff are very good. Highly recommend to stay.

The place is just away from the highway and u won’t get any noise from outside!the balconies have both pool view and garden view! my personal was garden view by the river side! trust me at 2am in the night with natures beauty under the moon and the sound of the river ! just a wow’ food is decent and the staffs are very polite! they don’t bother getting into the rain to show us the properties! just a professional way to deal with the guests! overall great experience!

I recently stayed at orchid trails resort in wayanad and had a disappointing experience. Despite its initial decent appearance, the poorly maintained rooms were a major letdown. Additionally, the resort's remote location made it inconvenient to access local attractions. The service provided was absolutely pathetic. Despite being asked to place our dinner order by 7 pm, it wasn't ready until 10:30 pm. To make matters worse, the items we ordered were unavailable, and we were forced to revise our order based on their limited menu at 10:00 pm. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and i cannot recommend this resort to anyone.
