阿斯特里亞公寓酒店(Astelia Apartment Hotel)

The immediate impression was that the reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The entrance hall and lift was clean and fresh. The studio apartment was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and clean. Making the reservation was fast, easy and efficient and the price we paid for a last minute booking represented great value for money. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Wellington.

This hotel was spotless and modern. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient and my little suite was well appointed and very comfortable. I was surprised to find a washer/dryer unit in my suite and made good use of that as well (though it took a very long time to dry the clothes). The neighbourhood was bustling and busy, though from the room, I couldn't hear anything. Buses went right past the hotel, so transportation was easy, and walking to the heart of the city was also easy and felt safe.

The Astelia is centrally located in a lively neighborhood of small shops and restaurants, within a 10-minute walk to the waterfront and cable car. But the property itself is quite run down and the room didn't feel very clean (e.g., very worn and dirty-looking carpeting, slight sewer odor from the bathroom). Would not stay there again.

便利な場所にあり、お部屋も広く、とても快適に過ごせました。ネスプレッソや数種類のお茶が置いてあり、楽しめたことも嬉しかったです。スタッフの方達も、とても親切でした。是非また滞在したいです。

L'appartement très bien, bien situé. Mais le samedi personne à la reception. Il faut téléphoner pour avoir le code qui ouvre le coffre où se trouve les cartes çles de L'appartement.

Bon établissement dans l'ensemble mais lit trop petit et pas confortable pour un couple et les rideaux ne suffisent pas à couvrir la luminosité urbaine.

Hotell med bra standard, rent och fint. Bra läge i staden, nära till allt

No air conditioning. One floor fan. Coffee maker didn't work. Great staff but hotel is tired. Wouldn't stay again.

No aircon so the room was very hot! We had to have the window open so it was noisy and the little fan cooler/heater in the room was super noisy too.
