Muy bien pero salimos a la 12:30 pm El domingo y al Regresar no habían arreglado la habitación a las 10 pm Nunca nos tendieron la cama ni cambiado toallas

Buena ubicación, limpio, buen servicio. Eñ desayuno no es muy bueno y todo es desechable. No cuidan el ambiente.

My husband and I had a great time at the Hampton. It was a quick weekend getaway and we’re already planning a week long trip soon. From the front staff to everyone we came in contact with were wonderful. Thank you so much guys. We will be back soon

The room was nice and spacious clean what I expected the TV was a bit small and hard to see from the bed the showers water pressure was horrible could barely get the soap off due to the pressure and the room was hot the air barely worked and the bed was so hard I did not sleep not one min due to the hard stiffness for the price of the room the bed should have been a lot more comfortable the staff was friendly

Our room was clean and comfortable. We had issues with the elevators operating as they should. We also were surprised and disappointed that we could not pay cash for snacks and drinks. The staff we encountered were friendly but had a few who did not speak English so it was impossible to communicate with them. we found the cost of the room was expensive.

I stayed at this hotel on a work trip because it is very close to my office in WPB. I was told it had recently undergone renovations which is surprising because I did not think it was that old. In any case, it looks like they have a few "bugs" in the system with the renovation. I was in room 408 and found that the clock was 1 hour off but I could not change the time (it was controlled by the hotel) -- I guess most people use their phones so this was not too big a deal. The AC was not turning on but fortunately it was cool (in mid 70's) so it only felt a little warm at night. The faucet in the bathroom had the hot/cold water lines switched so you got hot water when you expected cold and vice-versa. None of these items are that big a deal (except the AC will be in a few months) but it is apparent that nobody went back to check the work of the contractor on the upgrade. The room itself is relatively big and is nice. The breakfast in the morning that they serve is pretty good as well. I would give it 5 stars once they get the bugs worked out.

Horrible experience!! Paid $200 for an awful stay. There was hole under the sink. No thermostat in room. The towels had hair on it. Very disappointing.

Located right where I was visiting! They even had a nice little pool that was clean as a whistle

Two night family trip. Nice place but could have used daily housekeeping. For the price I shouldn’t need to call for a towel to shower
