We stayed in two of these apartments, and they were both exactly what we needed. Gavin couldn’t have been more accommodating. He was very helpful, assisted us with further booking extensions and accommodation request. The apts were clean, and fully equipped, especially the kitchen. The cleaners were very respectful of our privacy and accommodating too. We definitely recommend Terrace Villas.

Thank you The Terrace Villas! We used Terrace Villas accommodation as part of our relocation process. We stayed with them for a full month. The apartment is very spacious, warm and comfortable. The beds are amazing and so the full bathroom. It felt like a home away from home as the kitchen if fully equipped and the laundry facilities including washer and dryer are conveniently located in the bathroom. Rooms are professionally serviced weekly. Access to the city is as easy as walking down the road, with multiple pathways down to the waterfront and city center. Food and entertainment everywhere you look. We would highly recommend The Terrace Villas for any length of stay. Thank you to Gavin and the team.

After living at the terrace apartments for an entire year, I am incredibly sad to be leaving my lovely apartment! I might be biased but 2010 is the best one bedroom apartment! At the rear of the property, I’ve been fortunate to have a bright and sunny space with a beautiful green vista to look out onto! The apartments come fully equipped and are very clean, tidy and well maintained! The villas are in such a convenient location that for 11 out of the 12 months I stayed here, I did not need a car! With no more than a 5 mins walk you’re on Lambton Quay, and only 15 or so mins to Cuba Street or the Train Station! Gavin, Duane and the entire team have really made the stay something special! They are kind, welcoming and accomodating to all the needs you might have! I will 100% be staying here again on my trips back to Wellington in the future!

I stayed in Terrace Villa Apartments for 5months and loved it. Gavin, Duane and the cleaning staff there were amazing the whole time. I loved the rustic styled villa apartment; it really was a homely feeling and made my time in Wellington so much more enjoyable. The staff were really accommodating, and nothing was a problem for them, the cleaning service was also top notch (better than I have seen in 5* accommodation). I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a stay in wellington that really does feel like a home away from home.
