射手汽車旅館(Marksman Motor Inn)

Car parking is a big issue, they have limited parking on the basis first come, no lifts. I will mot recommend the property unless if it’s cost is 100-110$ max, I Ĥāď pay $400 for 2 nights what a waste of money. Better to get something in the city. The only good part was staff was very polite.

Parked in motel car park on arrival. Room 19 bedroom & 2 single beds in the living area, no sofa or chairs. TV watching sat on a single bed, so uncomfortable TV isn't even on the wall straight. Notices on the wall saying no parties etc very unessesary. Felt very like student accommodation rules and regulations can be in the info book, not on the wall. On opening the door the whole place stank of cleaning products, opening door and windows & turned fan on, no air conditioning 😒 went out to eat, came back still stank, overpowering gave me a headache, discovered the toilet bowl had a freshener in it, removed & put in plastic bag. Smell lessened a little. I had a very bad night's sleep due to the cleaning fluid smell. The shower room is pristine, obviously newly done out 🙂 Problem with iron, lady gave me a brand new one straight from a box 🙂 👍 Motel is walking distance from town centre, shops, restaurants and museums etc 👍 It says on info first come first served on car parking, yet there were cones saving places when we returned in evening, so no where to park had to park on the road it's a busy road and we were un easy about parking our hire car there overnight. A cone was saving one space & the other empty space was too tight a gap to get into. We are travelling Oz and Nz for 3 months, staying in hotels, motels, and Airbnb's on our last 2 weeks now and stayed in lots, so lots of experience. Pay a bit extra & go elsewhere, this motel is for tradesmen not tourists 😒🙄

The property is small but centrally located in Wellington. Staff is great. However, parking is tight and can be difficult. Also, be aware there is no elevator. You'll be carrying all your luggage up the stairs (not that unusual in NZ), but also not a lot of fun. Laundry was a bit on the expensive side ($10 NZ to wash and dry - the most expensive place we experienced on either island).

Overall my stay was perfect. I had a booking for midnight on Christmas eve and everything was easy straight forward and exactly what I needed...

The room was very hot.Busy road was sometimes annoying.Overall though a great place to stay handy to the city,or the nearby shops.

Was close to town. Busy road but affordable accommodation. Had a great weekend.

Close to the city, bus stop just around corner in Adelaide st.

Excellent service, couldn’t have been more helpful for any requests. Went the extra mile for their guests 😊 Definitely recommend.

Only reason for 3/5 ranking in one category was I was unable to get the heating working
