The Staff at the hotel was very friendly & helpful all the way through our stay, the food was great, and not expensive at all. The hotel room was cozy and very clean-as well as the rest of the hotel. We visited the caves and we was given % off our tickets.

清晨聽着大教堂的鐘聲醒來，夜晚聽着大教堂的鐘聲入眠，那種聲不會覺得一絲會打擾你的情緒，反爾會更有一縷溫暖和懷抱的親切，六百年歷史的老房子太讓人感動了。早晨是純正的英式，晚餐的意大利菜也是色香味俱全的盛宴！

We were very pleased with our stay, staff very polite and helpful, menu selections for both breakfast and evening dinner were excellent, as were the quality/taste and serving for each. The only slightly disappointing factors were the net curtain/viol in our bedroom had large horizontal tares, and the carpet in the dining room had *****s of gaffa tape in the centre of each join. Both of these issues were disappointing for a 4star AA Hotel as first impressions are very important. Other than these issues it was a lovely stay and the food was great.

So bad! Room gave us the creeps as to what might be lurking in the natty carpet! The bathroom smelled like old pee. Bed mattress had caved in middle. The attached pub’s food arrived after an HOUR wait and burger was burned, mac n cheese tasteless. If you have a choice to stay somewhere else, DO!
