Great location, easy check in, lovely clean room with very smart bathroom, comfortable bed, nice breakfast, very much enjoyed our stay.

Right in the middle of town by the harbour, friendly and welcoming. My wife being a light sleeper was not disturbed once in either of the two nights stay. We would book again. ALBaker.

The Quay B&B is a quaint property right in the heart of the town. The parking is a car park opposite but free parking is on the road if you’re lucky enough to find a space. The room was spacious and thoughtfully furnished. The bed comfortable. The bathroom was small and there were some issues with the shower but they didn’t deter from the experience. The owner is aware and is sorting it. The breakfast is continental only so it was nice to have intolerances to food catered for. And there was a space for the push bike.

We had a very nice, comfortable relaxing stay at the Quay B B. I really like the way they txt the door code to enter the B B, and the key for your room in a locker with also the code sent. Its a very old building with the usual wear and tear on some parts. But should not effect your stay. If your looking for a B B that have staff on the premises 24/7, or your looking for a 5* high spec B B this isnt the place for you. However if you want a warm friendly, comfortable place to just relax after lots of walking then the Quay would be ideal. We are definitely going to be booking again. The lovely manager welcomed us in the morning she was so friendly and very down to earth, and very hospitable.

What a lovely little B&B. My room was really lovely with a great shower room. The host was so friendly and could not be more helpful. My bike felt very safe left inside the property.

A delightful property, unmanned, quiet, and in a nice location. Beware that parking is in the public carpark opposite, only free between 18:00 and 08:00. A continental breakfast is available from 08:30, so I didn't get to sample it as I had to leave at that time. Didn't see a soul, but this was a comfortable and reasonably priced, nicely decorated seaside guesthouse.

Over priced for what you get - stayed a few years ago & feel it’s gone downhill

Lovely room, yummy continental breakfast, comfortable bed, fantastic shower, nice member of staff, great decor, easy check in. My only grumble is that the room was ridiculously hot! It was difficult to sleep in such a hot room!

The room was small, but comfortable and clean. Very little space to put clothes or a suitcase. Would not recommend for longer than a couple of days, particularly as parking cost £15.00 a day.
