Can’t fault the location of this hotel if you’re visiting either Wembley Stadium or Wembley Arena both in walking distance which is why we booked it. Other hotels nearby were £300-£400 plus, we paid £190 for our room, for that you get no frills, by that I mean a clean bed and towels but no toiletries. The stickyback plastic covering had come away from the bottom of the shower. The floorboards creaked badly when you walked around the room (felt sorry for the people underneath) and the carpet had clearly seen better days. A nice long mirror in the room but no plugs nearby to do your hair or make up. Lighting not efficient for either of those tasks, wall light barely hanging on the wall and the general look of the room was very dated and shabby. For the money we expected a nicer room than we got and with a little money and effort it could have been. So for us not a particularly pleasant stay.

A proper warm welcome – highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’ve been staying in our motorhome at The Green Man in Wembley, and I have to say what a fantastic experience it’s been. From the moment we arrived, Mal, the manager, has been absolutely brilliant, friendly, helpful and genuinely welcoming. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. A special mention also has to go to brothers Liam and Niel behind the bar. They’re both great lads, always friendly and happy to have a chat. It’s that sort of personal service that makes such a difference. And I really must mention the cleaner, although unfortunately I don’t know her name. She is always there early in the morning, around 8 o’clock, and has been so pleasant and helpful, including letting us in to use the facilities. She always has a smile and is a credit to the place. We’ve really enjoyed our time here. It’s not just the location that makes The Green Man — it’s the people. They’ve made us feel welcome rather than just like customers. A big thank you to Mal, Liam, Niel and the lovely cleaner for looking after us. Five stars from us and we’d definitely come back. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What a fantastic stay in a superb location! My daughter and I booked to stay for the night to watch the Bruno Mars concert on Saturday night and avoid the manic rush to Waterloo for the last train. From the minute we arrived (around 2pm) we were greeted by the two super friendly gents behind the bar (sorry can't recall their names) who checked us in immediately with a smile and showed us up to our room. Super clean room, fluffy towels and a lovely comfy bed and pillows. (Also tea and coffee facilities etc included.) We showered and went down to order some food. From looking at other customers plates, the food looked great. My Daughter ordered the burger and fries and I had seen a Customer with Fish and Chips but could not see it on the Menu. I asked if I could have it and the gent (smiley barman) checked with the kitchen and they did it for me. (Turned out it had been a special request for a regular Customer!!) Lucky me!! It was excellent, super fresh fish and both meals were really large portions too! Wembley Stadium is literally an 8 minute walk down the hill from the Green Man which was perfect. Once the amazing concert ended, we walked back to the Hotel and the bar was still open as the England game was on. We sat and had a drink in the HUGE outside Garden and seating area and then crashed for the night. We both had a wonderful nights sleep and then headed off early in the morning. Their really lovely cleaner (olia?) was up and checked us out as she was scrubbing the bar area and floors (smelled really clean), such a lovely friendly lady and could not do enough for us including opening the locked door to let us out at the front to save walking all the way around (thank you). The venue does not serve breakfast but there are lots of places nearby to get breakfast before catching your train or driving home. The car park is also massive and a lot of concert go-ers had used the car park only (so in case you don't stay overnight, you can go and eat there and pay to park instead.) We paid £200 for the night which sounds on the high end but to see the thousands of people trying to get on the train and people even leaving the concert early to avoid the train crowds, it was money definitely well spent and saved a lot of stress. In fact, it was a perfect end to one of the best nights EVER!! Next time we go to Wembley, we will 100% be back!

I booked a room at OYO The Green Man Pub & Hotel, Wembley through ******* for myself and my 16‑year‑old daughter as we were attending a concert at Wembley Stadium. After a long journey, we arrived tired and ready to check in, only to be told by the hotel that they had no booking for us. The staff insisted the reservation had been cancelled by *******, which was completely untrue. I had received no cancellation notice, and no refund had been issued. Even after showing my confirmation, the hotel took no responsibility whatsoever and continued to blame *******, offering no help, no alternative, and no effort to resolve the situation. This left us stranded on a busy event night with limited options and unnecessary stress at the start of what should have been a special trip. Technical issues can happen, but the lack of communication, accountability, and support from the hotel was extremely disappointing. A confirmed booking should be honoured, and if there is a problem, guests should be contacted in advance — not left to discover it at the door. I would strongly advise future travellers to double‑check reservations before arrival or consider alternative accommodation to avoid the experience we had.

I stayed at the OVO Green Man Wembley with my sister for an event on Friday and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the two lovely men in the car park to the wonderful staff behind the bar, everyone was friendly, welcoming and incredibly attentive. Our room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and everything throughout our stay was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We genuinely couldn't fault our stay. Thank you to all the staff for making our visit so enjoyable – we had a wonderful time and would happily stay again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I booked this car park through JustPark and it was later cancelled as the hotel had informed them the dates were wrong. We were not offered a revised amount so ended up having to book elsewhere in an area where demand is high and choices low. This is the second negative experience of booking with OYO. Previously, I paid in advance for a hotel room and when I arrived there was no booking so I had to book again. 8 months later, despite having receipts for both and requesting a refund, I am still waiting. I would not recommend booking through this company.

Booked through Oyo. Cancelled two months within the cancellation policy and I've still not been refund one month later. Oyo continue to say they will help and I am due a refund but aren't sending me the refund. Do not use Oyo.

I have just returned from a one night stay here as we came for a concert in Wembley last night. I had room 4 which was a decent size on the first floor. It has a double bed and 2 singles. The room was very clean. The amenities in the room were a fan, kettle tea/coffee, iron, ironing board, towels and a TV (no hair dryer or shower gel/shampoo or fridge). The bathroom was spotless and the shower was fantastic with amazing pressure. We arrived about 2.30ish and were greeted in the bar by several members of staff who were all smiling and very welcoming. The gentleman walked us to the entrance of the hotel and told us where to go. The keys were in the room and the same key gave access to a main door should we return when the bar was closed. When you are leaving you leave the key in the room. It is an amazing location for Wembley Stadium. If you have mobility issues and aren't using a car you may have difficulty as there is a good incline on the road back up to the hotel. I am a larger lady and this accompanied by the heat yesterday made me want to sit and knock back several of the lovely ciders they offered but as I was travelling with my young daughter I had to go straight to our room and opt to be a responsible parent. The rooms have almost a hostel vibe but I would happily return here if I was going to a concert with friends as the staff and location are both wonderful. Thank you for a lovely stay

The staff here are great-so friendly and helpful right from parking the car to leaving. The room was outdated but clean and the bed was comfy. The room was a good size with a fridge and abundance of tea and coffee. Absolutely wouldnt hesitate to stay here again

Went to go for a meal as I was working remotely. The staff were extremely rude! I would NOT recommend this place! Find somewhere else, there are plenty of opportunities in the local area.

Amazing day had by all for the Championship play-off final. Sunderland had been designated The Green Man and they absolutely delivered for us. The place was jam packed, but they were still able to accommodate it all with a good level of service. There were huge marquees outside, lots of pop up bars and a number of food vans. It was like a little mini festival just for the fans. The staff were all amazing, really friendly and all in good spirits, prices were actually super reasonable too.

What a lovely pub, very big great staff, great pub garden , held all our football fans and they put on food vans to buy burgers and kebabs and out door bars well stocked, very big place would highly recommended a visit even better when Wembley as something on
