温吉霍夫酒店(Wengener Hof Hotel)

The hotel is perfectly situated in a quiet location, yet close to the village centre, cable car and railway station. The hotel is friendly, with character and nice gardens at the front. The rooms are pleasant and well equipped. The food was excellent, but the best part was the staff, who were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. My second visit and would go back again.

We stayed for three nights and expected to eat out most nights but after trying the food on the first night we ate at the hotel restaurant all three nights, the staff were really friendly and extremely helpful and even made special meals for the children, made the whole stay excellent which was really good after a long day exploring. One afternoon we were at one of the local bars in Wengen and it started to rain and rang the hotel and they came to pick us up, really excellent. We had one of the larger rooms and the beds were very comfortable.

Cet hôtel ne mérite vraiment pas ses quatre étoiles: les chambres sont délabrées avec une moquette d'une propreté douteuse. Le nettoyage n'est pas effectué de manière satisfaisante (tâches sur les tables, la vaisselle, cheveux dans la literie). Le petit déjeuner est très médiocre, avec le même choix tous les jours, plein de produits industriels, donc digne d'une auberge de jeunesse. Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hôtel.

I do enjoy living there. The hotel is the best I have ever lived. The stuff are very kind and helpful. They are always there to help. The environment around is wonderful. The breakfast and the lunch are great. The room is tidy and clean. The hotel Would always a smart chose for travel.

Der Wengener Hof strahlt die Aura der Belle Epoque aus, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Abendessen (im Rahmen der Halbpension) hat sehr gut geschmeckt und war auch in Bezug Preis-Leistung das Geld absolut wert.

hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Durften es sogar schon früher beziehen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und guter Service. Frühstück hatte alles um in einen schönen Tag zu starten. Die Halbpension war reichlich und mein Mann hatte Freude an den alten Bordeaux Weinen.

Chambre spacieuse (302) avec petit salon, avec un joli balcon avec vue sur les montagnes et la vallée. Merci pour ce choix de chambre même si nous aurions préféré un lit double plutôt que 2 lits simples mis côte à côte. Merci pour la grande qualité de service. Le personnel fait en sorte que le séjour se déroule le mieux possible. Sauna très agréable après la journée de ski. Bonne restauration, très copieuse. Merci.

Die Zimmer sind super und sauber mit traumhafter Aussicht. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist sehr gut und reichlich. Die Hotelanlage ist ein Traum. Sehr empfehlenswert, und ich werde ganz sicher wieder kommen.

L'hôtel très charmant, accueil chaleureux. Le menu du soir dont le prix est très correct. Une sélection de vins avec des prix pas exorbitant comme dans la plupart des hôtels des stations. Une petite attention pour mon chien (gamelle +couverture) nous a bpc plu. Le personnel est très efficace. Nous avons passé un bon séjour accompagné du grand soleil. Je recommande fortement pour ceux qui veulent aller à Wengen. Pour nous, on y retournera sûrement.
