高地酒店(Hotel Oberland)

Experiência simplesmente maravilhosa. Hotel perfeito. Instalações, localização, atendimento. Principalmente o funcionário Mateus que com sua cordialidade, simpatia nos fez ficar mais dias em Lauterbrunnen. Nos ajudou com jantar, harmonização de vinhos. Parabéns ao Hotel!!! Iremos voltar! E com certeza vamos ficar no Hotel Oberland

These people kept all of our booking money even though we cancelled 3 months before our scheduled stay. We were supposed to get 70% back but they’ve refunded nothing. They don’t answer any emails and they only answered the phone once. At that time they said it would be refunded the following week. That was three weeks ago. Since then they have not answered the phone. No communication. Nothing. Just took the money and kept it.

Hotel Oberland was perfect for our weekend getaway! Great location- short walk to train station which gives you easy access to anywhere in the area, welcoming staff that spoke great English. They were very helpful & attentive even allowed us an early check in. Our big room was front facing and had a large balcony with fantastic views of the valley. . Could not have asked for more, highly recommend!

Great location, central to all the must visit mountain locations. The hotel itself is of a traditional appearance and has warm and friendly staff. Continental breakfast each morning was very good and gets you set up for the day. Had an evening meal one night in the hotel and had the local Rosti which I thought was tasty. Others nights we just weren't back as making the most of sight seeing. Train station is 5min walk from the hotel, and opposite this is a cable car station where you can go to murren mountain village which is worth a trip to. There is a sports shop next door to the hotel where you can rent a bicycle if you wish to cycle up the valley. Basic mountain hotel, all you need for backpacking and the staff and receptionists were very helpful and I would highly reccomend.

I stayed at the Hotel Oberland last September for the eighth time since 1991. Each time I have stayed there I am reminded of why I cherish the place. It is not because the locations is ideal - which it is. It is partly because the staff are welcoming - they are beyond welcoming - they are so concerned with their visitors that you hate to leave them behind. But, perhaps, even more than that, the Hotel Oberland provides the ultimate Swiss Alpine experience. The rich tapestry of vacationing in the Alps could not be provided more thoroughly than at the Hotel Oberland I am anxious to return. Mike B.

Lovely hotel with such a nice atmosphere. All the staffs are super kind and service oriented, specially Steve and Rubia. I have been few times in Lauterbrunnen in some other hotels but hotel Oberland gave me by far the best atmosphere ever. When in Lauterbrunnen again, this is definitely my place!
