The rooms were beautifully taken care of by an amazing staff. They were quick to respond to any issue we had. It was wonderful to have the use of all of the hotel’s facilities. The staff there were also amazing. We loved the fact that you could spend the day at the hotel and then drive back to the calm of West Bay. The bed were particularly comfortable.

Property is impeccable! Cleaned every day and amenities offered were amazing! Definitely coming back again and very soon! Service was also excellent!

La Concha falls under the Palm Heights umbrella, so you already know the standard. It’s worth it for that reason alone — same thoughtful service and signature vibe, just more relaxed and wallet-friendly. If Palm Heights is booked or beyond budget, this is the best-kept secret to still soak in the magic.

We recently stayed at La Concha and “perfect” truly is the best word to describe the experience. The location was ideal, but what really stood out was the stunning interior design and how beautifully the entire place was maintained. Our room was spacious, stylish, and immaculately clean. The housekeeping team was exceptional—everything was spotless and well-serviced throughout our stay. We slept like babies every night thanks to the comfort and quietness of the room. Overall, it was an impeccable stay and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here, just down the road from Palm Heights. The whole place is beautifully styled with such care and attention to detail — it felt luxurious and secluded in its own area but really cosy and welcoming. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need (and more!), which made it so easy to settle in and feel at home. Housekeeping was immaculate — everything was spotless and so well looked after throughout our stay. We especially loved the outdoor bathtub and sun loungers — such a peaceful spot to unwind and soak up the surroundings. You can really tell that every element has been carefully thought through to give guests the best experience. We couldn’t have asked for more and can’t wait to return!

La concha, a stones throw from Palm Heights, provides sprawling accommodation on the north end of the island. Despite the short ride (with ample shuttles daily), the team’s world class quality standards are not diluted whatsoever, potentially even amplified. Impeccable housekeeping included welcome gifts, toiletries laid out neatly, and loose items tidied. Stylish, sturdy, highly unique furniture is complemented by lush linens and oversized towels. With the slightest bit of planning you can easily pack + store a change of clothes at Garden Club and spend the entire day bouncing between beach and spa. Highly recommend for extended stays given the amply stocked kitchen. Further, you’ll meet incredible guests at the private pool and during the shuttles, which are often an OG tan Range Rover or Mercedes. Looking forward to seeing this flourish.

Looking for a spot that’s more “wow” than “meh”? This two-bedroom apartment seriously delivers. It’s like stepping into a Pinterest board — everything is curated to perfection. From the chic, modern furniture to the thoughtful design elements, you can tell the owners have great taste. It feels like staying at your coolest friend’s place (if your friend were an interior designer with a thing for amazing furniture). The best part? It’s linked to the main hotel, so you get all the privacy of your own apartment but access to top-notch hotel amenities. Need a morning gym session? Head over to the hotel’s world-class fitness center. Craving a fancy cocktail or a dip in the pool? Just pop by the hotel bar or pool area — you get the full VIP treatment without sacrificing your personal space. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with two well-sized bedrooms and a cozy living area that’s perfect for kicking back with a movie or a good book. The kitchen is well-equipped, though we ended up taking advantage of the hotel’s great restaurant options most of the time (zero regrets there!).

Great apartments - really can't wait to come back. For me, the highlight was the kitchen. As someone who loves cooking, I was thrilled to find it so well-equipped. Sharp knives (finally!), quality pots and pans, and all the little gadgets you need for a proper meal. I whipped up a few dinners here and it was a pleasure. There’s a dining table perfect for hosting a meal, and it feels like such a treat to cook in a space this beautiful. And then there’s the added bonus: access to the main hotel’s facilities. It’s the best of both worlds. If you don’t feel like cooking, the hotel’s restaurant has you covered too (but honestly, the kitchen here made it hard to resist staying in). The two bedrooms are lovely, the beds are super comfortable, and the living area is great for lounging. In short, this is a perfect spot for anyone who loves cooking, great design, and a little luxury. Can’t wait to come back and try more recipes here!

Stunningly curated home away from home. The apartment was really above any expectations and added to our stay in Cayman. A particular highlight was the outdoor tub in the garden oasis. The kitchen was so well fitted out and the linen such great quality. The nearby nature reserve was a great location for walks and runs and the beach across the street a real beauty.
