Really good stay breakfast was very hot and tasty room big enough for family and nicely laid out. Close to main road but no noise heard from road in to bedroom

Shower didn't work and the bed wasn't made when we arrived. When I asked for the bed to be made I was given bedding to do it myself. I was told I just had to put up with the shower as maintenance had gone home and there was no manager on site for me to speak to.

Had a great stay. I arrived around 6pm and left very early the next day (around 5am). The location was right near the centre of Nottingham which was where I needed to be. I had a 6 min drive in the morning to get there. Friendly staff, really comfortable room and bed. There was no traffic noise and no noise from other guests.

I would definitely recommend, worth every penny, lovely clean rooms, delicious breakfast, management was super friendly and helpful. Thank you, will be visiting again.

As you would expect from a Premier Inn. Comfortable bed. Good quality of sleep no doubt helped by effective blackout curtains. Convenient location. Helpful staff.

Extremely poor, room was so poor and the bed was like sleeping in a hammock, bathroom smell was awful, noise from above very loud. Asked to move rooms but was informed that they were full. Never stay.

On arrival I asked for decaf coffee in the room . The receptionist said they didn't put it in the room. Soon after five minutes she knocked at the door and presented us with some. Room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nicely cooked. The receptionist in the morning was also very pleasant and helpful. This is the best Premier Inn we stayed so far. Thank you.

After several weeks spent at the hotel for a business purpose , I can say that the hotel and the service are excellent, special thanks to Pam and Angelica for professional service at the highest level, and thanks to the kitchen staff for the very good breakfasts. Thank you very much

Lovely Easter treats breakfast amazing staff really helpful room clean hotel modern in reception willl stay again lovely loccation, car park nice and big bed comfy check in fast and east shore lovely nice water pressure good bus route and toothbrush on sale handy as I forgot mine
