Clean room but very sparse, not cosy at all. Stayed in many travelodges over last 25 years and this one has put us off. Very basic, mattress not comfy (not up to normal standard). The sink would not drain water away and overall felt bleak. Having said that what can you expect for just over £30 a night. Think next stay will look for a bit more comfort and pay a bit more too.

Great welcome from team, very helpful, room quiet despite being close to a main road. Good night's sleep in a comfortable bed, spare pillows useful. Good location few minutes off M5 and next to an OK pub restaurant. Trouble with shower gel dispenser but otherwise all good.

What an awful experience! Staff were so miserable. Didn’t care about us if want to help. Room was very hot even in November and it wasn’t the cleanest. Bugs on walks, shower curtain you didn’t not want to touch. Overall very poor

Clean, comfortable hotel with friendly, efficient reception staff. Excellent nights sleep. Easy access to M5 motorway but far enough away not to be bothered by noise. Easy access to the surrounding area. Would be happy to stay again

We needed a lodge in Wellington and this was our only option. Try as they might 'Travelodge' can never quite compete with 'Premier Inn' can they? Sparingly staffed reception desk, a very basic room with virtually no cupboard/wardrobe space, and (perhaps most important) their ridiculously complicated attempt to get payment for wi-fi access. Every pub, restaurant, 'Premier Inn' is free of charge 24/7; please join the race 'Travelodge'!
