as a Select Registry property, I knew that I wouldn't be disappointed. Ariane and Scott were the perfect hosts. The Garden Suite was AMAZING, with every little touch you could think of. The breakfasts were wonderful--great food (cooked by our host) and watching the birds as we ate. This inn is a true gem!

My husband and I enjoyed two nights at the Deerhill Inn. The proprietors, Ariane and Scott, could not have been nicer, more helpful and professional. From the scrumptious breakfasts to the immaculate and charming room (we were in "Evergreen"), to the lush grounds, and amazing view of the mountains, everything was absolutely lovely. They even had an outdoor pool, surrounded by greenery, secluded at the back of the inn. On a scale of 1-10 (with 10 being the highest), I would give them a 12, for service, value, charm and location.

Such a lovely inn! Ariane and Scott were such lovely hosts. The inn is beautiful and cozy! Super clean, charming bedrooms. Few minutes from trail walks which Ariane and Scott recommended, they know the local area really well and gave us great tips. Breakfast was a real highlight - delicious and great gluten free options too! Plenty of dinner options nearby as well. We’re hoping we’ll be able to come back in the near future. Thank you so much for having us.

This Inn is the most wonderful, warm, peaceful place ever. The entire place was clean as could be. All niceties and amenities are available and it is evident that considerable thought went into the comforts of all guests. The breakfast was outstanding. I give it 10 stars out of 5!

Our stay at the Deerhill Inn was absolutely wonderful! We stayed in the Azalea room, which felt like stepping into a charming little English cottage. The room even had its own private deck, perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the surroundings. The space was cozy and comfortable, though the bathroom had a bit of an awkward layout and limited counter space. That said, everything was spotlessly clean, and there were plenty of towels provided. Our hosts, Ariane and Scott, were fantastic—so friendly and helpful. Scott is a true wizard in the kitchen; breakfast was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. Chatting with Ariane was a pleasure, and her dinner recommendations were spot on. Even though it was too chilly to fully enjoy the grounds, we could tell the outdoor areas and pool looked very inviting. We only stayed for one night, but we left wishing we could have stayed longer. We’re already talking about coming back next year to spend a little more time here.

Lovely, quaint, inviting and well appointed inn. Owners go the extra mile to help guests whether with room details or where to hike, shop or dine. Our suite was spacious yet cozy -and equipped with a Keurig coffee maker with coffee varieties . There were also homemade chocolate chip cookies welcoming us. . Bathroom offered L’Occitane toiletries. And bathrobes! Public rooms included a large sitting area near the entrance, living rooms with nice mountain vistas, games, chess and dvds. 2 Dining rooms with a small outdoor patio for eating or just having your coffee or tea while you bird watch. And the made to order breakfasts are superb!!! We attended the wonderful Marlboro Music Festival, less than a 30 minute drive from the inn. So this inn was fairly convenient while situated away from the hubbub of nearby Pennington.

We stayed in the Tamarack room. Gas fireplace, jacuzzi, view of Haystack Mountain. The on-site inkeepers are cordial and attentive. Breakfast was great: eggs done perfectly, coffee hot and fresh, served in the room with china and silverware. Lots of nice places to hang out outside of the room, adorable eclectric library. Immaculately clean.

Scott, the owner was warm and inviting, made us feel right at home. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The food was excellent. Strongly recommend this inn to anyone looking for a relaxing few days. Very close to ski mountain and various restaurants

The Deerhill Inn is so beautiful, peaceful, clean and comfortable. Amenities are top notch and breakfast is fantastic. What makes it truly stand out is its wonderful innkeepers, who go out of their way for their guests. Absolutely a 5-star inn!
