醫療中心舒適套房酒店(Comfort Suites Medical Center)

Tuvimos una pésima experiencia con #Amy Shockman la General Manager de este hotel. Hicimos una reserva de una noche, solicitamos la habitación para discapacitados y nos dieron dicha habitación en un cuarto piso, reclamé y me fue denegada, al día siguiente baje para reclamar ya que la ducha estaba algo malograda, se salía el agua por la manguera y no por el grifo, el teléfono del baño se cayó sobre el hombro de mi esposo causándole mucho dolor y en el momento de tomar desayuno casi hubo un incendio por una tostadora malograda, la cual se quemó un pan y comenzó a llen**** el comedor de humo, alarmando e incomodando esto a los que estábamos ahí desayunando. Cuando me acerque a la recepción a reclamar sobre lo de la habitación tuve la desgracia de que me atendiera Amy, una persona totalmente malcriada, cero profesionalismo, muy grosera, desatinada, racista y demas adjetivos. Solo pude reclamarle que no me parecía prudente que si pido una habitación para discapacitados, me dieran en un cuarto piso, que eso era peligroso ya que si había un incendio como el que hace media hora casi hubo en el comedor como se supone que mi esposo bajaría desde un cuarto piso, ya que el es una persona discapacitada y está prohibido en un incendio usar el elevador, la muy ignorante de una forma sarcástica y malcriada me dijo que tendría que esperar a que vengan los bomberos a que lo rescaten, le pregunté si es que de verdad me estaba hablando en serio y me empezó a gritar delante de otros huéspedes

Our room hadnt been cleaned. A phone charger and makeup bag from the previous person were left in our room. The carpeted part of the floor and bathroom floor had debris as if it hadnt been vacuumed or mopped. Our pull out sofa couldnt be used as a bed due to its nasty condition

We had to replace our key card after almost every use. They kept saying it’s from our phones but never did it touch are phone and 5 other families felt with the same issue. This hotel needs to update their cards or their system. It was frustrating especially when locked outside in 20degree weather.

Breakfast was not good the variety wasn’t good. definitely need to take some tips from other hotels as far as breakfast, though and front desk staff very hard to find when you check in they were outside somewhere but every time I came to the front desk you couldn’t find them and there was another person waiting. Couldn’t find them either.

The hotel was well kept and clean. Beautiful Christmas decorations in the lobby! The room was clean and smelled fresh. Spacious unit. Only one issue that should be addressed. The air make up unit was hard to control. On the heat setting, the unit wouldn’t quit heating, no matter where we set the temperature. We turned it to the air conditioning setting and turned the temperature up to the desired temperature. That worked the first night, but it got quite cold the second night. When we turned the setting back to heat, it again wouldn’t quit heating. Some maintenance is required. Breakfast was okay and the staff was friendly. We’d go back to this hotel in the future

I arrived, with no one at the front desk. Another gentlemen had been waiting for 5 minutes to purchase something. We dialed 0, and the receptionist was somewhere else helping someone else for another 10 minutes. I called Carrie again....and am still waiting at the front desk. I will not make the mistake of returning here.

Super clean and perfect for a visit to Fargo. Located by lots of restaurants and right by 94 and 29. Staff was very friendly. Rooms really really clean. Decent hotel breakfast options. Printer easy to use for printing work docs or boarding passes (I printed with it several times.) Rooms are spacious. Lobby area is warm and spacious. I didn't use the pool, but it looked good. Double elevators and they're fast so you aren't waiting on others. About 15 min from the airport unless it's rush hour.

Everything was great EXCEPT for the bedbugs that bit me. Thankfully, i recognized it immediately and avoided bringing them home. What a nightmare.
