It was a Fun experience. Just didn't like house keeping knocking on the door every hour when check out is Noon.

The rooms were very large, which was nice. Not super quiet, as the hotel was booked and there were lots of kids. One elevator...we used the stairs a lot. The pool is fairly small, and not that inviting. Kids loved the breakfast, it was okay for adults. They are updating the rooms, the doors were new and so was the paint. Bedding could be nicer, but overall a good basic hotel.

We enjoyed our stay in a suite at this property very much. The rooms were unusually spacious with comfortable furniture. Several families were celebrating the holidays politely and spiritedly throughout our stay. Everyone was courteous, and staff went out of their way to accommodate for all our guests. I highly recommend this place for families. It has a good pool with a slide and very accessible and safe for children of all ages to enjoy. The rooms were fairly quiet at night given the festivities going on throughout the evening that ended before 11 pm.

They put us in a room that had not been cleaned yet. Then the next room was in disrepair.

The hotel was nice but the swimming pool the chlorine was extremely strong burning our noses and eyes, unbearable.the pool was very cold as well.

We found a used dental pick on the floor in our room. The shower curtain was barely hanging on the wall. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. The rooms were outdated and dark. Not enough lights and not enough plug ins for phone chargers.

We found this hotel due to another hotel completely misplacing 4 of our reservations ‘ did nothing to help us. The AmericInn helped us with short notice & we booked the balance of our reservations with them. It is a nice hotel, with nice rooms, in a good area, with lots of choices for breakfast.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel was a bit dated but it was clean ! Overall a good stay

We only stayed 1 night instead of 2 and the manager stated she would give me my money back for the 2nd night, but it has not come thur my account yet. The bed sheets had stains on them. Not impressed.
