good location good place to stay, also the staff there are very nice.

We love staying at theSunset Tower Hotel! We are always greeted warmly and taken care of. The rooms are lovely and the Tower Bar and Restaurant are very welcoming. I love the art deco decor and the old Hollywood pictures on the wall. It has such a wonderful history! The staff is very accommodating! It is a great place to stay when in Hollywood!

If a private party is happening during your stay, you will feel invisible, and the best parts of this small hotel like the pool will be off limits. I've stayed here a few times. I was surprised on a recent Monday evening to find the property packed. No late night/early morning food service either.

From the moment you enter the building the staff are very welcoming and our server was really nice had a lovely chat our breakfast was amazing really really good food overlooking the pool area would definitely recommend loved it.would like to go at night maybe next time iam in LA.

The reservation started with a major issue but GM Bruno resolved it quickly and had a wonderful experience with friends for a birthday weekend. Staff were all lovely and very attentive. This is a gem of a place in Los Angeles. I live just 15 minutes away but it felt like I was on vacation somewhere far away. Boutique hotel vibe with great food all around and restaurant was amazing as well as the bar on the weekend. It has an old Hollywood vibe and very special. Highly recommend this place and is very pet friendly.

I came here for my birthday, we stayed at 1501 which is one of the two penthouse suites. We’ve been here before and it was mostly fine but this visit was a huge mistake. First, we had a birthday cake that we needed refrigerated and the box was taped open so the cake top wouldn’t get smashed. Well, someone went to the trouble of lifting the tap and forcing the lid down, so the cake was ruined. But that I could forgive, it was the bugs that ruined the visit. My husband killed about 11 spiders inside and outside the room. Some were very big and scary looking. They came out mostly at night, webs all over the wrap around balcony. And then roaches came. I mean it was terrible. Zero pest control is being done. The cherry on my smashed cake was when I called to inform them of the roach. I got a very knowing and flat “oh no, I’m sorry” A hotel that does it’s due diligence doesn’t say oh no, I’m sorry, they say “where did you find it? Did you take a photo?, did you find more than one? We’ve never had this problem before!” The sunset tower has roaches, and they know they have roaches, that’s the problem. They gave me a $300 refund on a room that cost about 2k a night. Not enough compensation to make up for my disappointment.

I loved staying here. This was my second visit. The entire staff is always so welcoming and attentive. The location is amazing and always a great meal at Sunset Tower. The homemade baked cookie at turndown is always a nice addition.l

The experience at Sunset Tower was wonderful. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The service is impeccable. The views, the ambience, the food everything was perfection! I cannot wait to return!

The rooms are in dire need of renovation. Furniture is in disrepair, dates, musty smell with single pane windows which allows noise from the street & heat to be ever present in the room. Also, beware of dangerous situation when the french door window is open as the "railing" has openings well over the 6" requirement for safety.
