Checking in was pleasant and easy. The view of the river from the room was really beautiful. The lobby was comfy and inviting as a place to lounge or work. There were tables and outlets suited for anything needed. We stayed 2 nights to see a show at the comedy club and had no trouble walking there and back. It felt really safe. We didn’t eat breakfast there but it was available. There were other places so close by. A really nice stay.

Un très mauvais rapport qualité/prix.
Une chambre standard dont le prix vacille entre 110 et 269$ la nuit sur un séjour de 11 nuits, une chambre vieillotte nécessitant une rénovation, corrosion du pommeau de douche, insectes dans le luminaire de la salle de bain, chambre infestée de fourmis, pas d’isolation phonique entre les chambres, piscine fermée pendant tout le séjour, fontaine à eau non fonctionnelle dans la salle de sport, mail envoyé au manager de l’hôtel resté sans réponse ni explications…

Phenomenal stay! Had a waterfront room and loved watching the steel barges sail by and just watching the Monongahela River. Super comfortable bed/bedding, large room and bathroom. Also a nice balcony.
The staff (front desk, Bistro) were sensational!
Walking distance from any and everything! Movies, restaurants galore, lots of shops, epic walking path flanks River and super close to downtown.
I will definitely stay here again!

Was a nice lobby and room. Staff was nice and room was clean. Bed was ok on comfort. I was disappointed that the hot tub was so overchlorinated it made my skin irritated and couldn’t get the smell out of my skin even after two showers. Think they had the levels way off. Both of our eyes burned and nostrils were irritated just sitting in the hot tub. So that made took away for our romantic staycation idea a bit, but the hotel was nice and convienant.

It’s a decent hotel, just stayed one night, so my adult son could go to Dave and Busters for the whole evening. The bar in very understocked, didn’t even have any white wine, and we were there around 6 in the evening, on a Saturday

The window in my room was filled with dead bugs, the pool was yellow at the bottom, hot tub was not really working well. Just needs better cleaning services.

The pool & hot tub were green. Overly crowded with young kids that jumped from hot tub to the pool. Room was nice and clean. Stayed for one night but wouldn’t stay for extended period.
