畢弗羅斯特酒店(Hotel Bifrost)

took us a long time to find the entrance to the hotel, in heavy rain. There isn't a formal entrance. Only a side door facing a courtyard. Its origin as a university dormitory explains the unique set up. We didn't know at the time.

Hôtel très mal situé dans zone industrielle (rien à voir ou à faire aux alentours). Immense chambre avec kitchenette et très grande salle de bain. Très mauvaise odeur et forte chaleur à l'arrivée. Difficile d'aérer avec une fenêtre qui est bloquée à 5cm d'ouverture. Équipement : TV sans chaînes françaises. Ni clim, ni coffre, ni balcon. Bon wifi. Bouilloire avec thés + cafés. Dîner self-service (très bon dans grande salle). Entrées : soupe aux champignons, petits ramequins avec saumon ou jambon fumé ou crevette panée. Plat : pâtes, riz, légumes, saumon, poisson blanc, rosbif épais, viande blanche, etc. Dessert : Gâteau aux pommes, mousse chocolat, petits gâteaux, etc. Café ou thé en libre-service par machine. Pdj self bon.

Cibo a volte buono ma spesso freddo,camere ottime tranne per la doccia per disabili (non richiesta) vista sulla natura buona. Personale gentile, bizzarro, simpatico e accogliente, luogo ottimo per passeggiate e hotel con giardino molto curato, piscina e palestra.

I have a terrible experience in Hotel Bifrost, on 8/Mar, around 18 friends all stayed in this hotel , and around 14 friends went there for dinner but we waited for more than 1 hour after we ordered the dinner, and we chased for few times still with poor response from every staffs. We found the hotel manager (the guy claimed he is the hotel owner) to complaint but just yes ok will have something soon. This is extremely disappointed. And we only have the dinner after 1.5 hours from the ordering, and one of the friend waited for 2 hours. With all poor manner and response from the hotel staff, I suggest no one should go this hotel anymore. They are not serving the customer at all.

L'accueil a été des plus plaisants. La chambre était spacieuse tout comme la douche. Quant au petit-déjeûner, il était très varié et copieux. Une bonne adresse pour faire une halte après une longue journée et repartir vers unenautre destination.

When I arrived, my reservation could not be found that I had made a month earlier (and had a receipt for, confirming my payment). We had an overpriced dinner at the restaurant, the salted cod was terrible and they did not attend to us at the table. We discovered the two glasses in our room were dirty, with lip marks on them and specks of dirt. At check out time, they still had not resolved the issue of the reservation and asked for payment for both our dinner and room which was confirmed to have already been paid on the receipt I showed them. The hotel has an odd atmosphere. The main things that are good: large rooms and the breakfast. The people working there tried, but this place clearly has poor management and administration and should not be on ******* if it is not receiving communication about reservations and payments.

O pior hotel que fiquei na Islandia! O hotel é todo decadente, mal cuidado. O quarto é super simples, tem um cheiro de mofo horrível, infiltrações nas paredes, a roupa de cama parece já usada, não tem nenhuma lata de lixo nem no quarto nem no banheiro. O café da manhã é tipo continental. Fujam desse hotel!
