整體上不是很滿意,原因如下:
1.第一天辦理入住時,所訂的房間沒有了,就安排其它房間給我,過了15分鐘,就回答説有房間了。
2.房卡每天都要去更新,給的原因是因為你的錢包壓到卡,所以失效了。但是很奇怪的一點是,其他人都沒有,就只有我住的這間房需要去更新,這是什麼歪理😄😄
3.對酒店提供的早餐很失望,早上八點去吃早餐,結果食物準備不夠,也來不及添加,也沒有人收拾桌子,導致位子不夠 。後來發現只有兩個員工在處理早餐部分,這個很明顯是人手不足,一間酒店怎麼衹能兩個人忙收拾和添加食物?有些住客到了之後就直接離開,因為沒有食物吃。
4.房間的牆壁很多灰塵,真的是.......
5.房間隔音不行,住客關門的聲音,談話聲 ,外面的車輛聲音都聽得一清二楚。
除了以上缺點,有一個優點是地點方便,靠近Grogol 巴士站。

Overall, I'm not very satisfied, for the following reasons:
1.On the first day of check-in, the room I reserved was not available, so they assigned me another room. After 15 minutes, they said a room was available.
2.The room card needed to be updated every day, with the reason given that my wallet pressed on the card, causing it to malfunction. However, it's strange because only the room I stayed in required updating, while others didn't. What kind of reasoning is this? 😄😄
3.I was disappointed with the breakfast provided by the hotel. When I went to have breakfast at 8 am, there wasn't enough food prepared, and they didn't have time to add more. Also, there was no one clearing the tables, resulting in insufficient seating. Later, I found out that only two staff members were handling the breakfast section, clearly indicating a shortage of manpower. How can a hotel have only two people busy cleaning and adding food? Some guests left directly upon arrival because there was no food available.
4.There was a lot of dust on the walls in the room, really...
5.The soundproofing of the room was poor; I could hear the sound of guests closing doors, talking, and outside vehicle noises very clearly.
Apart from these shortcomings, one advantage is the convenient location, close to the Grogol bus station.
