西孟斐斯I-40凱藝酒店(Quality Inn West Memphis I-40)

The room had a distinctive musty smell. I'm not sure if it came from the air conditioning unit, but it got your attention when you came into the room. Fortunately, the brain adapts and after a short while, you don't notice the odor anymore. At least until you come back into the room. The bed was moderately comfortable, but the towels were very thin, likely from being washed many times. Some of the staff were pleasant and outgoing, others seemed indifferent. I wouldn't recommend staying here and I wouldn't return again.

Overall the stay was nice. It is located near the interstate and you can hear ot if you are in a front room. They were doing some exterior repairs so it was a little messy outside but was really nice on the inside. I would stay here again!

I didn’t like the water in bathroom sink . Just put soap on hands & Try. Liked swimming pool. Will see what happens tomorrow before x Vvvv

The place stunk of mold and mildew. Our room particular was musty smelling. The carpet needed to be cleaned. Overall, the place was old and needed some major work!!!!!

Check in was good. Room needed updating. Room must have been flooded at one time because the bathroom floor tiling was lifting and baseboards were bad. Smelt moldy.

One bed was not suitable, but staff member (Edward) was very helpful. Some noisy guests in nearby rooms.

We had a leaky bathroom faucet & the sink drained very slowly. Half the mirror was not clean. Otherwise, everything else was fine

Inconvenient area and hard to get on and off highway. Check in was slow because the person kept answering the phone while we had to wait. Found a couple of ants crawling on the shower wall.
