莫里斯敦莫里斯議員威斯汀酒店(The Westin Governor Morris, Morristown)

Our toilet wasn’t working and our AC was broken. Had to have maintenance come in our room 2 different times, once when we arrived and another in the middle of the night when we got back from a wedding. The remote also wasn’t working with the guide and menu so we couldn’t tell what we were watching. Never had this experience before in a hotel!

We were scheduled to stay one night With my husband and two small kids. The room and the entire 5th floor smelled of cigarette smoke. I complain to the front desk, they were very courteous and changed me to a different room on the same floor, but it all smell the same .My son was up all night coughing. I feel they the some was coming into tue room via the vents. Definitely not Westin standards.

I am not sure how long this hotel has been a Westin, but I am very pleased, because the beds are great! I also really appreciate the limiting of plastic bottles. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The Hotel itself is beautiful. The interaction with staff could have been better. I had an expensive item ruined by the hotel "iron" (rust) and asked that I be reimbursed. The shirt was never worn and I was getting ready to attend a family wedding. I was told they could not help because I booked through a third party. I spoke with the Manager and said I am buying a new shirt and when I return I do expect a solution. When I returned they offered to reverse $14 in room charges. (REALLY ?!!) I proposed that since I had dinner the previous night at the hotel that the charge be reversed. It was less than the cost of the shirt and would at least express that they cared. I was assured this would be done by the time I checked out. Of course, it was not. I was told that it takes 3 to 5 business days, we will see. It's a shame that such a beautiful hotel is lacking in simple professional courtesy. What could have been a very pleasant stay is now stained. Just like my never worn Calvin Klein shirt.

Disappointed! Rooms only cleaned once. Apparently one has to call every day for room service. Called express service multiple times to try and get towels. Picked the wrong week to stay at this hotel. Paving streets around the hotel and getting in or out of the area was a major hassle.

The hotel room was not clean. There were gross stains on the sofa the room looked like it needed a deep vacuum and dusting. One of the night stands had no power so we could not turn on the lamp or charge our phones. When entering the room there was no way to turn on the light. The switch didn’t work. So we had to turn our flashlight on to walk into the room to turn on the lamps on the far end of the living room. There was no room service to clean and turn down the room after the first night. When we called to ask we were informed the hotel did not have the capacity to do that. It was our wedding weekend and on our last night at the hotel we came back to a room that wasn’t cleaned turned down or trash taken out. Lastly it was the first hotel we have been to where we have to pay for wifi. Disappointed with the entire stay. This place is a last resort/ option if there is nothing else available.

The staff was not helpful when it came to assist in my reservation.

Restaurant is closed nothing open in the hotel, average staff at best. Not very accommodating To much to list
