Everyone was nice and professional, I enjoyed my stay

This property is under renovations preventing availability for all rooms. Check-in at 3pm didn't happen til almost 4:30pm. I reserved 2 queen beds but only a king was available. Front desk staff was working hard to accommodate but I wish we had just cancelled and found other lodging. We weren't told that our room would not be cleaned daily however we were there 3 nights and it was never cleaned. We had to go to front desk to get clean towels etc. Signage in the room explaining this would have been nice. Breakfast area was relocated to meeting room (renovations) and was average at best. Front desk staff was the best thing about our stay.

Property was clean although being under renovation. Front desk personnel was very professional. Easy check in. Our room was on the other side of the building and was a very long walk to get to from the elevator. Power went out for a few hours due to an issue with Florida Power. Shower was a disappointment as the water pressure was minimal.

There was no room available when we arrived. "They overbooked". They sent us to another hotel. We paid the other hotel directly upon check out. Homewood suites charged us and then when contacted the Manager he insisted that he charged us, but then credited us. He emailed me a copy of the invoice, which showed that we were charged, but NOT credited! had to file a claim with our credit card company because after I reviewed the invoice, I attempted to contact him, but never got a call back!

This was a very good experience and we were pleased with our clean it was. It was a home away from home with the amazing kitchen and very cozy bed. My wife plans on returning Everytime we travel. Thank you and great job guys.

Great hotel but it was having renovations done and the dust triggered my sibs allergies so bad and then later the following day I had to take him the ER, yeah that sucks.

The staff and our room were fine. Going to and and from our room, along with FINDING the breakfast buffet was a mess. The buffet itself was quite poor, with more staff enjoying breakfast than guests.

This property was starting to go thru a major renovation. Some floors closed but very quite. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Common areas are worn but clean. Very enjoyable stay

I Love everything about Room 419 it's made like a little Condo/Apartment I Love all the Changes and Details the Colors that were Chosen just Beautiful

All furnitures in the room were new. Room and bathroom were large. Location was great, one block from I95

Booked a room only to find out upon arrival that no rooms were available. I feel so lied to. Having to sleep in my car tonight thanks to *******. I hope I don’t get robbed in the middle of the night.

Easy check-in. Front desk staff was super sweet and helpful. Plenty of parking.

Truly the most disgusting unkempt poorly managed hotel i have ever had the misfortune of staying at Never ever will i step foot into a hilton property again 2 weeks of just trying to get room cleaned . Filthy. Outdated. With worst housekeeping department ever

The hotel was well maintained, clean and close to 95. The staff was very friendly and our room was clean ,well stocked and maintained.
