Not the best first impression. Was in town for Christmas. The split system AC/heater was extremely noisy and didn’t turn off regardless of mode or fan speeds. mattress way to firm, pillows not comfortable. Needless to say 3 nights of very little sleep. Room layout was not ideal especially for a newer construction. I guess I expected more from a new place. I won’t return on my next visit. Other places in the area are more comfortable and a better value.

All 3 nights we were there I tried to turn the HVAC system off when going to bed, but the auto fan kept running through the night. At times we would wake up because it was to too hot or the fan noise. The breakfast was just ok. It's the same at all Marriott hotels. I prefer a more buffet style breakfast. The food seems to be a little refresher.

The property was clean, you could tell it was newer. The building was nice, and the room was fairly nice too. There were a few things that bothered me. There was the wonderful shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash, but there was no lotion and the bar of soap was tiny and not great. The cups to drink with in the room were cheap plastic and tiny, and not glass and nice like I have come to expect with Marriott. Watching TV, the service would glitch, and it was hard to get through a movie without the screen being messed up and it skipping (almost like watching a scratched DVD). The hot tub and pool were so very little, and they were only open until 10, which sort of ****** if you had things going on during the day and wanted to wind down in the later evening. The bed was so hard, much harder than I am able to comfortably sleep on, so I did not sleep well and left with a very achy back that I still have a day later. Otherwise, I did like the hotel.

Very comfortable, quiet and very nice staffL The front desk people were very nice took care of us. The only issue that I had was when we got in our room and went in the bathroom. There were dirty linens hanging behind the bathroom door, so obviously the housekeepers did not check very well and that leads me to think they didn’t clean very well either

The check-in process was really frustrating. They direct you to a kiosk, but after several minutes it failed and I had to check in with a person anyway. The room itself was very bare-bones—no basic accommodations like soap or lotion. When I opened the fridge, there was still food left from the last guest. The bedding was minimal: three flat pillows, just a sheet, and a thin blanket, with no extras provided. I also heard footsteps throughout the night, which made it hard to sleep. It covered the absolute basics we needed, but I’ve never stayed at an extended stay that felt this minimal.

Great Hotel! This hotel was great and the service was outstanding! If you are looking for a new hotel with great service, this is the place to be. I highly recommend this hotel, especially after the disastrous stay that led me here from the Sonesta Simply Suites.

Overall the hotel was great and we would stay there again. The only feedback I have is to get rid of the super heavy smell of menthol in the room. We stayed there 3 nights and the smell of menthol was so overpowering the entire time we were there that we needed to keep our window open just to get some relief from the smell.

The hotel was clean and staff were nice! Even allowing us to check out late at 1pm. Pool is tiny and indoors. We slept through breakfast so not sure how that was. Room was large and clean. We were happy with our stay!
