This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The outside looks nice but that's it. Parking garage elevators were out of service. Only half of the room elevators worked and most of the elevator button lights didn't work . Stairwell were very dirty and scary to even use with garbage littered everywhere. Our room was very outdated, wallpaper peeling, no amenities and needed a thorough cleaning. Shower would not work and had to get another room right when we were ready to sleep. New room was just as bad but at least the shower worked. For what we paid I felt we got robbed. Never again.

Good location,decent price. It is older rooms.

Nothing is worse than getting confirmed one price from trip.com but then getting charged another. Trip.com said the hotel fee would be $5.60 per room per night which also is listed in our confirmation but upon check in the hotel said nope it’s $23.20 per room per night. When I offered to prove with my reservation confirmation she didn’t care and so the great rate I got from Trip.com was not great. I was overcharged $34.80. I had 2 rooms. Bait and switch-
